Crossgates Emsleys Crossgates Emsleys We listed our house with Emsleys due to the benefit of receiving a discount from Emsleys solicitors when selling with Emsleys. We have now been with the crossgates branch for 12 weeks and have received a total of 3 viewings on our house during this time. When we listed our house in December we weren’t expecting many viewings due to the time of year (even though 2 of the 3 were in December). And as we got to January, Emsleys ensured us things were picking up. Through the whole of January, we received 1 viewing (a couple who couldn’t afford anywhere near asking), and we we’re assured the office was picking up in February. We have yet to have a viewing in Feb. There seems to be no real explanation as to why our property is receiving lots of RightMove views yet no viewings. We reduced our price in January as per their advice, but this doesn’t seem to have made a difference. We have handed in our notice (bare in mind, they require 14 days notice in which they have assured us they will do their best to sell our property) and we will be using another agent.

Sherburn in Elmet team are fantastic! Fantastic service from the Sherburn in Elmet branch. Emma handled my sale and purchase from start to finish and it was due to her expert handling of my purchase that I chose to use Emsleys to sell my property. Through the highs and lows of solicitor progression Emma was professional at every point and clearly motivated to get the chain moving. I only occasionally spoke to other members of the team but everyone was always friendly, quick to assist and helpful. Top class Estate Agent (Rothwell… Top class Estate Agent (Rothwell branch). The house we are currently in was up with Emsleys, nothing was too much trouble as they were doing the viewings and we went a fair few times to measure up etc. We've just sold the same house with them, very efficient & friendly from the off, within a day the house was on the market, excellent pictures too. Viewed and sold the next day! Great communication from the whole team. Well done Rothwell team. We would highly recommend.

The team in the Sherburn In Elmet… The team in the Sherburn In Elmet office could not be better. Following a bad experience with another estate agent the team were fantastic at reassuring us and supporting us with our house sale. The photos were brilliant along with a lovely brochure and write up. They are really proactive at booking viewings and getting the right people through the door. Once we had accepted an offer they then supported us right through the process of the sale as well. What a lovely bunch of people, could not have been happier with this experience.
