Awful, exploitative, manipulative Awful, the worst experience I’ve ever had. This “management company” is a sham. The rep Aliza Chobanian (if that’s her real name, I searched on social media and she doesn’t exist) is a calculating manipulative individual. She gave me a tour of the place, we discussed move in date and she agreed. I filled out the application on a Saturday, Monday morning she texted me and notified I had been approved and should receive lease agreement that afternoon or Tuesday morning. Not 2 minutes later she texted me again requesting to give her call she stated “I just noticed we’re in similar lines of work” she said she had a question for me. I called her back and she asked for a referral so she could solicit the company. I informed her I’m not able to provide her a referral as I’m in a completely different dept and not associated with dept she wanted me to give her a “soft referral” to. Also as soon as I was “approved” I went to the “Marble” site and the listing price had increased by $200.00. I asked Aliza and she said my lease would be for the price I originally applied for the listing. Long story short I never got the lease agreement, I kept following up texting her and emailing the management comp all week, I just got the run around oh “we’re working on it” you should receive it soon” “waiting on updated version” etcetera, etcetera. Move in date came and I didn’t hear a peep from Aliza or Marble (Mable I believe is a front for “Aliza” in order to get her “referrals” or way for her to exploit perspective tenets for her benefit). STAY AWAY from Marble and their rep Aliza, they’re frauds. The five star reviews are obviously fake!

Horrible my son was supposed to move in… Horrible my son was supposed to move in the house Dec. 2nd so far as of Nov. 30th nobody has cleaned the house or fixed anything that is broken and they can’t get the utilities on until it gets inspected. Meanwhile they take your money but you can never talk to anyone. Why would you move into a dirty house??? They then tell them a maintenance man will come fix stuff in a couple of weeks…. REALLY. What a scam. But they made sure they had to sign the contract in 48 hours. They have had over 3 weeks to take care of everything. Don’t go through this company or anyone else who can’t actually pick up a phone and speak directly to you.

Crickets from Marble I'm trying to onboard tenants who are transferring from a human property manager. The PM is not forthcoming with me so I don't know my tenant phone or email and cannot reach a soul at Marble to save my life to let them know I guessed on contact information. I need to get moving on their new lease, so WTH do I do here except write a review and hope I get follow up by doing so since there's no way to contact Marble otherwise

deceptive practices This company uses deceptive practices to bolster their revenue stream by putting properties up for rent with an active county tax lien on the property/ property owner. You're not able to see the property until you do an app w them, and now they're refusing to be flexible considering what was found out. If you're a renter looking to rent, I'd stay far away from this company now and in the future.
