Great support, good product The marble team was very communicative and friendly with responses. They helped me find a advertise, run background checks, signed lease and collected deposit in less than a month. The subscription price is unmatched and i’m getting better service than my old property manager.

Pricing-wise the service is good Pricing-wise the service is good, but there are certain areas that require improvement.. Perhaps onboarding clients with ready-made solutions. It took a lot of time before they managed to sort our properties and arrange everything.

It took exactly 8 days for them to find… It took exactly 8 days for them to find me a tenant! They did extensive security checks and managed other things, I am happy as things really worked out as I had expected!
