Be very careful dealing with this… Be very careful dealing with this company. I purchased a property from them 3 years ago and still did not receive my deed. The company cannot provide the proof of ownership of the property it sold to me. They respond to all my inquiries about providing me with the deed is, "We are working on it", it has been three years now. The town where the property is located has no record of them owning the property. I read the reply to this message from the business owner. The response from the owner is false. My name is Mark Wroblewski. The property tax ID is 128.3-1-14 in the town of Lexington NY. As of 4/7/2024 this property does not list me as the owner.
