GBAccommodating I’m a full time Electrician who works from 5am-8pm every weekday. That said, I never have actual time to myself; like with personal matters, or time to focus on land purchasing tasks… I’ve been trying obtain land for past two years with no luck while juggling work. But Surplus handled everything and were very helpful throughout the entire process; even through my lack of free time. They remained spirited and available at all the times I was able to reach out. Great service, highly recommend if you’re also as booked up and lack free time.

GBBe very careful dealing with this… Be very careful dealing with this company. I purchased a property from them 3 years ago and still did not receive my deed. The company cannot provide the proof of ownership of the property it sold to me. They respond to all my inquiries about providing me with the deed is, "We are working on it", it has been three years now. The town where the property is located has no record of them owning the property. I read the reply to this message from the business owner. The response from the owner is false. My name is Mark Wroblewski. The property tax ID is 128.3-1-14 in the town of Lexington NY. As of 4/7/2024 this property does not list me as the owner.
