We placed a deposit that we could cancel in 48 hours. I called the town to verify the owner of the property and it matched up to my deposit receipt. We felt comfortable so we decided to move forward with the sale. Within 3 days we had the deed in our hands. Chantel was wonderful to work with, she answered our questions immediately.
