GBDo not care about existing customers 1 After using this company with a fortnightly subscription for over a year.... Never had a problem. Until yesterday. Noticing I hadn't received an email to let me know my delivery would be arriving today. So rang last night to be informed they have no information on me at all. That they have an I.T issue. They would get back to me urgently!! Rang back this morning... Made a priority again ... rang back 3 more times today, to be given a load of lies and NO ONE.... getting back to me. No emails, no correspondence to me whatsoever about their changes.... Shoddy behaviour... Its a shame my dogs love their food. Will now look for another company!! Disgraceful attitude and they don't care about existing customers!!! 🤬🤬

GBGreat food but absolutely shamble of… Great food but absolutely shamble of service they will send you to s******** you don't want they will replace the missing stock with something else you didn't order or your dog doesn't eat. They claim that they won't send you money back because T/C normal company will ask customers do they want a replacement before they send you s********* from warehouse stock that nobody buys absolute 0 waste of time and money on that food. Bunch of scammers

GBFirst order arrived in very poor… First order arrived in very poor condition as the freezer pack had burst, gel was all over the food and the box was soaked with the food not at all chilled. This was replaced and in good condition. However the second order arrived again with a burst freezer pack and water in the box. I wonder if the couriers do actually deliver the same day as required. I have cancelled my subscription due to this.
