Dogs love the food but have two… Dogs love the food but have two different sizes of same chicken product. Both are tender chicken but one with 57g portion size is and the larger one has 114g portions but can’t find any information on why or if it’s more condensed hence the smaller size and servings. And the smaller dog selection has the 57g portions but they are high protein. Confused.

Absolutely shocking service!! Absolutely shocking service!!! The product is never delivered within the promised timeframe! Customer service says things are sorted that clearly aren’t! Such a shame! My dog has been fed Freshpet for years - we are extremely loyal customers, but the loyalty is not at all repaid. My poor dog now has an upset stomach because I’ve had to feed him different food whilst waiting SOOOO long for his delivery of Freshpet to arrive! False promises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One word ANAZING My dog has been on fresh pet for 6 months and oh my how this food has improved his digestive system!! Used to purchase from supermarkets but they never had stock!! Now subscribed and ordered on Sunday and was delivered on Tuesday!! I would never swap with another product x fresh pet you are amazing 110% recommend

Be careful!!!! We diside to try something new for our dog but unfortunately dog really love the food only thing I don't know what is made from but straight after eating I recognised that my dog drinking a lot off water and feel sick on next day. I even thought that is salt in the food when is not. Also he wasn't eating anything on next day and I recognised blood in his poop. I thought that maybe he's picked something outside as food smells good and he was enjoying eating specially when he's so picky so yesterday I diside to give another chance unfortunately exactly the same situation he's poly again so be careful with that food!!!

Do not care about existing customers 1 After using this company with a fortnightly subscription for over a year.... Never had a problem. Until yesterday. Noticing I hadn't received an email to let me know my delivery would be arriving today. So rang last night to be informed they have no information on me at all. That they have an I.T issue. They would get back to me urgently!! Rang back this morning... Made a priority again ... rang back 3 more times today, to be given a load of lies and NO ONE.... getting back to me. No emails, no correspondence to me whatsoever about their changes.... Shoddy behaviour... Its a shame my dogs love their food. Will now look for another company!! Disgraceful attitude and they don't care about existing customers!!! 🤬🤬
