Great food but absolutely shamble of… Great food but absolutely shamble of service they will send you to s******** you don't want they will replace the missing stock with something else you didn't order or your dog doesn't eat. They claim that they won't send you money back because T/C normal company will ask customers do they want a replacement before they send you s********* from warehouse stock that nobody buys absolute 0 waste of time and money on that food. Bunch of scammers

Our French bulldog loves pet fresh… Our French bulldog loves his pet fresh particularly fond of the chicken and vegetable pouch. We recently switched to the subscription service and the first order was delivered on time well packaged and with adequate use by dates. Only issue we did not get the 50% discount on the first order? Sent an email as suggested 4 weeks ago and heard nothing. Toby enjoys the food my only complaint is the website states 50% off first two subscription orders and I have paid full price so would appreciate a response?

First order arrived in very poor… First order arrived in very poor condition as the freezer pack had burst, gel was all over the food and the box was soaked with the food not at all chilled. This was replaced and in good condition. However the second order arrived again with a burst freezer pack and water in the box. I wonder if the couriers do actually deliver the same day as required. I have cancelled my subscription due to this.

Awful customer service my dog hates the… Awful customer service my dog hates the broth and the treats bit you can't change the menu. I have tried phoning said they can't do it as I need to verify my phone number with them but keep saying that the phone number is wrong, I know I am giving them the right number. Tried emailing again its appalling completely disgusted

Absolutely shocking service!! Absolutely shocking service!!! The product is never delivered within the promised timeframe! Customer service says things are sorted that clearly aren’t! Such a shame! My dog has been fed Freshpet for years - we are extremely loyal customers, but the loyalty is not at all repaid. My poor dog now has an upset stomach because I’ve had to feed him different food whilst waiting SOOOO long for his delivery of Freshpet to arrive! False promises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
