Slow to resolve issues and blamed me as the tenant I was trapped in my bedroom because my bedroom door malfunctioned and they were super slow to resolve the situation while I was stuck there with bathroom access. The next week the door they had fixed auto-locked after I dropped my coat off and they made me pay out of pocket to let me back in after they tried to gaslight me into saying I locked the door when I didn’t

We had a great time at this place We had a great time at this place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
