Slow to resolve issues and blamed me as the tenant I was trapped in my bedroom because my bedroom door malfunctioned and they were super slow to resolve the situation while I was stuck there with bathroom access. The next week the door they had fixed auto-locked after I dropped my coat off and they made me pay out of pocket to let me back in after they tried to gaslight me into saying I locked the door when I didn’t

Amazing apartment and amenities The Easy Living team made my stay at Broadway so comfortable and enjoyable! They are always available to help out with any issues and answer my questions. Staying right on Times Square was a lifetime experience and I highly recommend reaching out to the team to find an apartment in the city. A huge plus was that as a recent post-grad student I didn’t have to worry about buying furniture since the apartment was fully furnished.
