Slow to resolve issues and blamed me as the tenant I was trapped in my bedroom because my bedroom door malfunctioned and they were super slow to resolve the situation while I was stuck there with bathroom access. The next week the door they had fixed auto-locked after I dropped my coat off and they made me pay out of pocket to let me back in after they tried to gaslight me into saying I locked the door when I didn’t

If you need immediate assistance, they are readily available to troubleshoot and find a solution. I loved my baby room, I miss it already!! Apto full renovated Apto full renovated! All the common areas are functional and clean design. I was staying in room #4, that’s a very nice space, natural light, and comfortable new bed ! Nice staff assistance too
