GBShady business practices The owner Sandy Bean signed our HOA bank check for $11,000 without the approval of our Board of Directors and after the last meeting of the year, which I assume was to avoid being discovered. BP Davis' access to our bank account was immediately revoked. Very shady and untrustworthy

GBGood management company and onsite manager They are responsive to maintenance requests and the people I've spoken to in the office are very nice. Onsite manager Victoria is an excellent manager who keeps things in good shape.

GBI have lived at Ballard Heights… I have lived at Ballard Heights Apartment for 15 years or so, always get my issues fixed promptly and Sandy is very friendly and helpful! Also Astara is a great Apartment Manager, She is so friendly, helpful and communicates well to the tenants about any issues!
