Good management company and onsite manager They are responsive to maintenance requests and the people I've spoken to in the office are very nice. Onsite manager Victoria is an excellent manager who keeps things in good shape.

I have been impressed by and… I have been impressed by and appreciative of the prompt response and beyond satisfactory resolution of the two issues that have come up in the last 15 months. Communication has been easy and always friendly and helpful.

Some of our properties have not… Some of our properties have not contracted fast enough. After too much thinking, we decided to work with DPM and have never looked back! I like the job that they do. They are quick, effective, and get our units leased faster than I have ever noticed. Excellent team and a great help when I needed it!
