A great team retreat Our team have really enjoyed staying at the location provided by Airhost. The team have gone above and beyond to help us prepare for the stay and support us during this week long stay. We had lots of queries before the trip - all dealt with perfectly. We also had the normal ad hoc questions during our stay and had to extend our stay for one day. We had super fast and efficient responses to every question and situation which all add up to exceptional service. The property was beautiful clean and ideally situated. Big thank you to the Airhost team, you will be our first port of call for all of our future trips.

Horrible company to deal with they will… Horrible company to deal with they will tell you stuff doesn't work in your apartment and refuse to cancel via AirBNB. You need to go through support and they sort it out. These lot are scammers, don't go near them.

Consistently good service from Airhost For You We have worked with Airhost for a couple of years now - they fully manage 4 holiday let apartments for us. Kelly, Ivan and the rest of the team are friendly, professional and efficient, we've never had any complaints about the service and the good reviews for our properties on Airbnb often mention Airhost which we take to be a good sign. The fully managed service is certainly not cheap but it is very comprehensive, we don't have to worry about anything, so worth the cost for us. Happy to recommend Airhost for holiday let management.

Miserable staff, not a positive experience. I popped in here to enquire about letting my property through them, and have never been met with such terrible service. First of all, you are confronted by a yappy dog, then a sea of miserable faces. I felt extremely uncomfortable even asking the simplest questions, and really got the impression my potential listing was more of an inconvenience than anything else. I left here feeling less than valued, and totally deflated. Why have a shop frontage if you aren’t going to welcome people on! I will never use or recommend Airhost to anyone.
