USZero Stars Zero Stars! I feel like they do not care about their residents. My AC went out last night. We discovered that the pan in the attic unit was full of water, but could not find where the leak was from. We promptly turned off the AC. I put in an emergency request. The reply an hour later was for us to check the batteries in the thermostat. Apparently batteries can cause leaking water. It is now 5:45 PM, I have spoken to several people. yet supposedly they are waiting on approval to come fix my unit. Have been told that the manager, Lexie, would call me. She has not. She told me to use my renters insurance, which is through Mynd, to go to a hotel. Knowing that the Mynd group insurance does not cover hotels. Plus, mind will not give me the renters insurance information even though I pay them every month for it. At this point, all I can do is spray myself with water and lay under the ceiling fan. They are unresponsive in an emergency, and do not take care of their residents

USI rented this house for 2 years I rented this house for 2 years. I moved out and I received a list of uncalled for repairs that don't fall under the guidelines of simple wear and tear. I'm being charged for painting and carpet cleaning. Which is ok but not $2000 worth.($1995.00) this company is a rip off and I would not ever recommend them EVER!!!!!!

USHORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I am supposed to get the keys to my new apartment in less than 48 hours and I get an email saying that the property is no longer being rented out and I cannot move in. Mind you, the lease was signed by all parties and I had paid the security deposit and first months rent. I had even had spectrum out to set up my wifi and taken off work this week to move. I secured the home and paid all funds on 4/11 and they did not reach out to me until this evening, stating that they tried to call (they didn't). THIS IS LESS THAN 48 HOURS TIL MOVE IN. They have given me no reason for why this is happening and are offering no solutions or alternatives.

USI would give it zero stars if I could I would give it zero stars if I could. DONT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!!! Sewage coming out of every orifice of the house and wasn’t fixed for weeks. Water coming out of the walls. No carpet, bathroom sink for MONTHS. Terrible communication, crazy fees!!!! It’s insane how bad they are!!!!!
