I rented this house for 2 years I rented this house for 2 years. I moved out and I received a list of uncalled for repairs that don't fall under the guidelines of simple wear and tear. I'm being charged for painting and carpet cleaning. Which is ok but not $2000 worth.($1995.00) this company is a rip off and I would not ever recommend them EVER!!!!!!

This company is a nightmare to work with as an owner and a tenant Mynd took over the company that I initially signed with which was RentVest. Mynd did okay for a while but recently it seems they have reorganized and its a huge mess. They dont communicate well internally and seem to have lost their ability to do anything with ease. We have had service requests open without authorization, inspectors that didnt know how to turn on a light switch, pool service accidentally cancelled and more. Its a nightmare and we will be moving forward with a different company. I would NOT recommend using them. Both the tenants and the owners are super unsatisfied.

Terrible Terrible . Disorganized, poor communication and resolution . Have had two tickets and they kept making me take off work/make arrangements to be home and then cancel or just not complete repairs. Property owners should not use them if they want to retain tenants. I’m embarrassed for them. The techs are also contracted and inconsistent .
