USThey will "fee" you to death upon lease expiration! We leased a property for one year as our family looked for a new home to purchase. We have been life long home owners and owned a high end property in a private community so we know how to care for a home / property. Upon our departure, we cleaned the home as required, leaving it in better condition than when we took possession, except for one area of carpet that needed repairs. Long story short, they used up our $1800 deposit and have assessed an additional fee of $100 for all of the additional cleaning services. We are in dispute of the charges and hope to have a equitable resolution soon.

USMynd failed to manage and secure our property We hired Mynd as our property management company to manage our property. Mynd charged us $350 to replace the front gate lock with their lock in Feb. 2024. Due to the installation issue, the front door was not functioning and was wide open in March 2024. Our neighbor found it and told us and took a video recording of it. Mynd failed to manage and secure our property and charged us another $100 to fix the latch, which was broken or failed in installation. We are looking for Mynd to return the service fee to fix the malfunctioning lock and an apology for failing to manage our property

USDid not deliver on promises Spoke with sales and told them about my tenant issues. They said "no problem." In onboarding phase the property manager said she could not help me. All communication except initial call is through a portal. The property manager does not speak with tenant as a matter of policy; that's a different person. They also as a matter of policy do not interact with any vendors; i.e., pool guy. Sent me an email firing me after I raised ongoing issue they were not handling.

USThis company is a nightmare to work with as an owner and a tenant Mynd took over the company that I initially signed with which was RentVest. Mynd did okay for a while but recently it seems they have reorganized and its a huge mess. They dont communicate well internally and seem to have lost their ability to do anything with ease. We have had service requests open without authorization, inspectors that didnt know how to turn on a light switch, pool service accidentally cancelled and more. Its a nightmare and we will be moving forward with a different company. I would NOT recommend using them. Both the tenants and the owners are super unsatisfied.

USTerrible Terrible . Disorganized, poor communication and resolution . Have had two tickets and they kept making me take off work/make arrangements to be home and then cancel or just not complete repairs. Property owners should not use them if they want to retain tenants. I’m embarrassed for them. The techs are also contracted and inconsistent .
