I did find some places I was interested in, but the Movoto agent never got in touch with me except at the beginning to confirm she would be my agent. Never heard from her again. Movota reps kept calling to ask me "how things were going" but nothing happed to improve the situation. I gave up on them.

iHappy Chance i I found Movoto Real Estate by accident; by looking on-line for properties I thought would fill my needs. In this process Movoto began interacting with my searches, and became a great tool. Have found a property, but if I ever look again, you are where I will begin.

Excellent tenants Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification. I was a Movoto agent for years before… I was a Movoto agent for years before they discontinued servicing in Oregon. Glad they're working back in Oregon again! I'm still friendly with the clients they've sent me. Very good referral network. I'm hoping I can work with them again.

I think they use many bait and switch… I think they use many bait and switch advertisements. I’ve responded to two properties. The first one no one responded or called back. The second they said the agent is not available but we can show you other properties.
