I was even asked to fill out a form at one point, which has still not been responded to. Instead I just received marketing messages which I did not want. When we emailed customer care, the email address wasn’t even active. There practices should be investigated.

They do not explain who they are or how they work. Very confusing. They send you emails with blurred photos like it’s some top secret that you have to sign in to their website to view each time. Cut ties quickly and glad I did after reading reviews. An unpleasant experience that probably would have gotten a lot worse.
