I’ve reached out on this site… I’ve reached out on this site expressing interest in properties. It’s been several requests and no one has reached out. I guess the agents aren’t interested in selling the properties or the requests are not reaching any agents.

Excellent tenants Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification. I have been sending links to all my friends that have actually purchased real estate from movoto and now they will not allow that anymore! Scr*w you movoto. She did an awesome job guiding us through the process until we closed on our property. She was very professional ,responsive, organized and knowledgeable. She responded very quickly and she made our experience very smoothly. She negotiated with the seller per our request to get what we thought was a fair price. We highly recommend her!

The contact person I spoke to made sure… The contact person I spoke to made sure that I had a real estate agent and wanted me to understand that it would be necessary to speak with her so I am ok with that. It is not the usual property and I need help understanding what I could do to make the process easier.
