GBMy experience with Movoto was not… My experience with Movoto was not productive. I did find some places I was interested in, but the Movoto agent never got in touch with me except at the beginning to confirm she would be my agent. Never heard from her again. Movota reps kept calling to ask me "how things were going" but nothing happed to improve the situation. I gave up on them.

GBExploitative Take Down Practices I have requested to have my property (including images) removed from this website dozens of times. They have done nothing. I was even asked to fill out a form at one point, which has still not been responded to. Instead I just received marketing messages which I did not want. When we emailed customer care, the email address wasn’t even active. There practices should be investigated.

GBI think they use many bait and switch… I think they use many bait and switch advertisements. I’ve responded to two properties. The first one no one responded or called back. The second they said the agent is not available but we can show you other properties.

GBExcellent tenants Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification.
