I have been sending links to all my friends that have actually purchased real estate from movoto and now they will not allow that anymore! Scr*w you movoto. Cut ties quickly… A fast talking hard to understand representative called and hooked me up with multiple agents. One gave a nickname so I thought they were two different people. They do not explain who they are or how they work. Very confusing. They send you emails with blurred photos like it’s some top secret that you have to sign in to their website to view each time. Cut ties quickly and glad I did after reading reviews. An unpleasant experience that probably would have gotten a lot worse.

Excellent tenants Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification.
