GBAbode Liverpool - Exceptional. I currently moved into a rented property through Abode Liverpool. I was very sceptical due to the reviews spread online and I am unsure why their experience was so bad but mine could not of flowed any better. The team answered all queries swiftly and made me feel comfortable upon my first time renting. My process was dealt with by with Lucy and Lynsey. They were both professional and I could not thank them enough. I would highly recommend Abode and the only word I could use to describe them would be exceptional.

GBPoor! Really, really poor communication - unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls and was made to feel like everything I asked of them was an effort! Totally unhelpful.

GBI had this company for my recent house… I had this company for my recent house purchase. The service was poor, the sales progressor never replied to emails, I mean never like after 2 months! It was a nightmare having to communicate with them between me and the seller. The seller once asked to get my email to speak directly but they refused to even ask me due to data protection! It makes no sense as I would have given my consent to avoid using them. If in the Derbyshire area I would try elsewhere if you are wanting a good service that is contactable. The only saving grace was the branch manager was helpful a couple of times when I would complain about the awful service but this didn't seem to prevent it happening again.
