Ignored sales enquiries, poor communication Sent a sales enquiry via Rightmove and followed up with an email a day and a half later. Received an auto response saying they will reply to the enquiry as quick as they can…… well all I can say they must be extremely busy to not be able to answer a quick email within 3 days especially in a depressed/ stagnant market. From experience with other agents, I’d say they are most likely bone idle and would prefer everyone else to do the work for them including potential buyers!

Abode Liverpool - Exceptional. I currently moved into a rented property through Abode Liverpool. I was very sceptical due to the reviews spread online and I am unsure why their experience was so bad but mine could not of flowed any better. The team answered all queries swiftly and made me feel comfortable upon my first time renting. My process was dealt with by with Lucy and Lynsey. They were both professional and I could not thank them enough. I would highly recommend Abode and the only word I could use to describe them would be exceptional.

It’s like trying to get blood out of a… It’s like trying to get blood out of a stone dealing with them. They give false information and swear what they’re saying is correct, then after 2 weeks of trying to get an answer from them to comfirm they act all snappy and rude about being completely wrong.

Totally unprofessional with a couldn't… Totally unprofessional with a couldn't care less attitude. Shame I can't give zero stars! We had booked a confirmed viewing of a fifth floor apartment with ABODE Bristol property lettings several days earlier. 24 hours before the viewing my wife contacted ABODE to check our booked viewing was still ok....as we had not heard back from ABODE....only to be told the property had two offers on the table one of which would be accepted, so the property was removed from their website and Rightmove's. So our viewing was effectively cancelled, shame they didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to inform us. ABODE were fully aware my wife had a broken ankle and would have been quite prepared to let us travel to the property and climb 5 flights of stairs on a totally wasted exercise. SHAMEFUL.
