Their local knowledge is absolutely immense. They have the finger on the pulse continually, with regular updates. Our house was sold within 2 weeks. The lovely Sue (Rugeley Branch), was in the back ground, continually chasing solicitors etc... we really felt that we could leave these guys to it, and relax! These guys are professional, personable and we would highly recommend Abode because of this.

Worst agent in the Midlands What an absolute disaster of an experience. Broken promises, no reply to emails. Complete ‘don’t care’ attitude. Have since gone with another agent who are lovely and keep me informed all the way.

Sold in Advance! It would not have been possible to better the service we received from Abode. George came and took photographs, then called us the following day to say he had found us a potential buyer. One viewing and sold STC even before going live on Abode’s website! Then, during the legal process, Emma’s quick thinking saved us from missing an important deadline. Throughout our sale and purchase Abode gave us sound advice and acted in a professional manner. And all the staff are really nice!

Ignored sales enquiries, poor communication Sent a sales enquiry via Rightmove and followed up with an email a day and a half later. Received an auto response saying they will reply to the enquiry as quick as they can…… well all I can say they must be extremely busy to not be able to answer a quick email within 3 days especially in a depressed/ stagnant market. From experience with other agents, I’d say they are most likely bone idle and would prefer everyone else to do the work for them including potential buyers!

I had this company for my recent house… I had this company for my recent house purchase. The service was poor, the sales progressor never replied to emails, I mean never like after 2 months! It was a nightmare having to communicate with them between me and the seller. The seller once asked to get my email to speak directly but they refused to even ask me due to data protection! It makes no sense as I would have given my consent to avoid using them. If in the Derbyshire area I would try elsewhere if you are wanting a good service that is contactable. The only saving grace was the branch manager was helpful a couple of times when I would complain about the awful service but this didn't seem to prevent it happening again.
