Very Happy With The Service And Information I have been using several websites to search for apartments. After trying out several, I found After55 to be the most accurate and useful. All of the information I needed to make informed decisions. Give it a try!

After55 and the loss of a great company . . . This company took over After55 and wrecked the company. Seniors picked up After55's magazine in supermarkets and drug stores and they were a reliable source for leads. When they stopped printing, they wrongly assumed all readers would turn to the internet. No way 65+ seniors are going to search there. They completely lost their entire target market and advertisers - they literally trashed the company. Trying to work with them now? No way. Horrible customer service and response times. The company is too big and no one is accountable - they pass you from one person to another. Everyone in our community has cancelled and we do not foresee a resurrection of this company any time in the future.

Need more low income listings Need more low income listings, senior over 55 with handicapped access and Semi- independent living. Seniors who can live alone but need transportation to doctors, shopping, or to visit from their homes to places within their communities.

When I say the absolute worse this…. When I say the absolute worse this organization and website is a total waste of time!!! I even had an extremely bad experience with one of the customer service reps... seem like I woke her up in addition most of the apartments are for anyone who's looking to rent an apartment. You have to literally review every single property until you find properties that are 55 plus. For the most part all that you will find is a long list of standard apartment communities that allow anyone to move in as long as they qualify. And then they have a shortlist of Senior Communities nine out of 10 of them are for ages 62 and over. My recommendations is to not even waste your time not worth it. I take this back if you have time to waste and you want to review a bunch of apartments that are 62 Plus. or open to anyone to live in view this website!!!!! A total waste of time.

Additional information on cottages at Easway Villiage, Whitehall, Oh I have contacted the developer and requested informatuion specificly on the 1 and 2 bedroom cottages. I am interested in a 2 bed with garage. I would like to see pictures of the interior of the cottages and a floor lay out. I would also like information on availability and rent, for both a two bedroom, including a garage and a one bedroom. I am 70, and have one small dog ( Malti poo, 8lbs and very well behaved) I have received some paperwork for renal qualification, but none of the other info has been provided. I have made at least 6 reaquests and called the developer's office 5 times. Please provide information as requested. This property is at the top of my list. I live in South Carolina. so "popping over for a tour" is not an option, until I visist my family, later this year. Thankyou, Wendy Heath
