Poor Response time? Well, I really can't give an opinion as of yet. I have written twice inquiring about a property in the past week and have not received any response. But I will only give 2 stars because I haven't heard from anyone in a week. I tried calling the number given and it's not in service. Not getting very good vibes.

Additional information on cottages at Easway Villiage, Whitehall, Oh I have contacted the developer and requested informatuion specificly on the 1 and 2 bedroom cottages. I am interested in a 2 bed with garage. I would like to see pictures of the interior of the cottages and a floor lay out. I would also like information on availability and rent, for both a two bedroom, including a garage and a one bedroom. I am 70, and have one small dog ( Malti poo, 8lbs and very well behaved) I have received some paperwork for renal qualification, but none of the other info has been provided. I have made at least 6 reaquests and called the developer's office 5 times. Please provide information as requested. This property is at the top of my list. I live in South Carolina. so "popping over for a tour" is not an option, until I visist my family, later this year. Thankyou, Wendy Heath

The rental rates on the property… The rental rates on the property websites are vastly different and much less expensive than the true rates. You don't find that out until the property manager responds to your inquiry. Really feels like a scam. Additionally, they send you misleading emails, saying they're for one area when the apartments are all over the map. I finally unsubscribed. Mary T.

I sent emails to three locations and in… I sent emails to three locations and in three days have not received an answer from any of them. I really need to hear from your locations. Maybe I will just contact them directly without going thru you from now on.
