You've greatly expanded the repertoire… You've greatly expanded the repertoire of housing/apartment choices to show a variety of senior residences. From my experience in the past, the only results my Google searches yielded were assisted living and nursing home establishment instead of independent, active senior apartments, which was always frustrating. However, it was refreshing to see this time, a variety of living options available on the first hit. I don't know what was done differently, but I was totally impressed with what my first search yielded. This was a first!

The rental rates on the property… The rental rates on the property websites are vastly different and much less expensive than the true rates. You don't find that out until the property manager responds to your inquiry. Really feels like a scam. Additionally, they send you misleading emails, saying they're for one area when the apartments are all over the map. I finally unsubscribed. Mary T.
