Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, can’t get a hold of anyone, my AC was down for 6 days, got repaired and has been down again for 2 days and counting. So many issues with billing, getting repairs done correctly and in timely fashion. No property manager or management to speak with. Only a third party maintenance company, can you ever speak with and even that gets difficult. Our AC was out 10+ days in the summer in Florida, less than a year later dealing with the same incompetent company Darwin, they recently got sold to Pagaya which is just another cover for Darwin, they didn’t even announce that to residents. Do not rent from Darwin Homes or Pagaya, terrible tech company that has no business in residential real estate. Foreign companies should not own property in the United States, they do not value Housing laws or people

New Tenants Ooh these reviews and ratings make me nervous. We will be new tenants and are looking forward to moving. Amanda Davis was very helpful and informative from the viewing of the home to the signing of the lease. We found the home on Zillow and when we signed our lease, the listing was removed immediately, which shows they are on top of things. I’m an awesome tenant and I hope we signed with an awesome property manager.

i’ve been renting a home from this… bad business i’ve been renting a home from this company for about one year now they have switch over to this company. That sucks. You can never get in touch with anyone. Utilities billing is always two months behind customer service sucks please do not never rent a home from them. It is all fun and games when you are doing the paperwork but once you are in you are trapped, when it comes to having a situation there is never no one able to talk to never rent from them they will definitely steal your money. You would be on the phone talking to people that don’t know anything about your situation. You would be thinking that the property manager or the leasing manager that you first talk with that you will be in communication with them, but that is not true. They will drop you like his heart and you will not be able to hear from no one else they would act like they do not know you, this company needs to be banded. I am in Georgia. This is the worst ever.

They are scammers They are scammers, be aware!! They took over the property management company that originally had the lease. At move out they will charge to repaint walls which is ridiculous because the walls were in great shape. They will try their best to take away your security deposit. We cleaned the house before we left and they charged us for having dust on the floor. They will scan you with move out fees. I’m currently have counsel review their company. Beware beware! Watch out for the fake reviews they submitted on this page as well.
