USJay Bronola's Customer service shines... Jay Bronola, Customer service manager at Darwin Homes Property Management has been very helpful getting the hedge that borders my property trimmed. It has been neglected for a long time and looking unsightly before speaking to Jay and he has come to my aid and is going to have the hedge trimmed this week. I appreciate his kind response when I have called and looking forward to the property the hedge borders looking fantastic. Kudos to Jay for a good job hopefully getting the work done in a timely fashion. I'm sure the corner lot where the hedge sits will be the talk of the Home Owners Association once it’s trimmed. USWorst company ever!!! The corporate office and the branches are not on same page. They do not care about the tenants they only care about $$$$. We’ve always paid rent on time or sooner. They purchased a company mid year last year now all those tenants have to move because those houses are being sold. No care or concern about the tenants at all the branches said they’d wave all the fees to the existing tenants but corporate said no because they didn’t know anything about it. How can you manage properties if you don’t even know what’s going on with them answer is they don’t they just collect the rent get paid their fees and move on with no human decency to the people that are paying their salaries or how the people are affected. Worst company ever!!

USOur lease was originally with Home… Our lease was originally with Home River Group and then transferred to Darwin Homes. We rented this house for over 2yrs! In the 2yrs we rented, NO ONE ever came to do any type of maintenance. We moved out and they charged me for painting the inside of the house. NOTHING in my lease said we are responsible for paint. There was no damage, just normal scuffs from renting. Renters beware of this company!

USTerrible customer service Terrible customer service, can’t get a hold of anyone, my AC was down for 6 days, got repaired and has been down again for 2 days and counting. So many issues with billing, getting repairs done correctly and in timely fashion. No property manager or management to speak with. Only a third party maintenance company, can you ever speak with and even that gets difficult. Our AC was out 10+ days in the summer in Florida, less than a year later dealing with the same incompetent company Darwin, they recently got sold to Pagaya which is just another cover for Darwin, they didn’t even announce that to residents. Do not rent from Darwin Homes or Pagaya, terrible tech company that has no business in residential real estate. Foreign companies should not own property in the United States, they do not value Housing laws or people

USMy husband and I had been tirelessly… My husband and I had been tirelessly looking for a house to rent, we needed to move out ASAP, we fell in love with a property through their website we applied for it the same night and got approved 2 days later! The application was so easy. I had a million questions and Amy has been an absolute angel answering all of them, no matter how many times I call her she’s super sweet does not make me feel like a pest like other companies do. The house was really clean and in great condition. Thank you Darwin Homes team!
