CorpoHousing / SoBeNY are scammers CorpoHousing / SoBeNY are scammers. They scam people via Booking.com Stay away from them and from Booking.com They will cancel your stay 2 days before and not return money they charged.

Horrible company Horrible company. They've scammed hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars. Look at the 1 star reviews here and on BBB. My son asked me to write this to share our experience at his graduation. We visited Boston in late May this year, and they cancelled right when we were heading over, right after he picked up his diploma. We had to pay a lot of money to find another place to stay, and we lost time to see the city with him. Even a full refund would not make up for that. edit: My son also mentioned that they offered to give 3 free nights to all the 1 star reviews here, then they removed those replies a few days later. Their website is also not working and they have no phone number. This is an extremely shady company that nobody should risk their money with.

In Love We could not have been happier or felt more at home. We rented the condo at Tuscana because my ex-husband was going through Stem cell replacement at the Mayo clinic, so our stay was pretty extensive (2 mo's) The staff here has been so caring and wonderful,and could not have been more helpful. THank you. The Staff keeps the grounds and Condos spotless, I am an early riser and they are out cleaning the pool area by 5:30am to make sure it is ready for their guest. I feel safe here and so at home. We recommend this Tuscana to everyone,and have even recommended it to people at Mayo that may need a place to stay.

Absolutely a terrible experience. I booked with them late last year for a NYC trip with the family. It was super high pressure to get the paperwork in and paid and that was unusual and they were very aggressive to charge my credit card when it did not go though the first time (this never happens to me). This should raised red flags, but I'm a longtime member of Booking.com and that's accounts for something, right? Wrong. I figured something was off as my trip got closer and contacted them. Sure enough I was cancelled and like so many else, they lie and cheat and drag their feet and then stop responding with no refund given. I've been contact in other placed by their reservations team to remove my bad reviews in exchange for stays and asserted I've been refunded. I really thing they are delusional and don't book when them. If it's on a travel site under another name and corphousing group appears on your contract, contact your credit card immediately.
