GBCompany is a fraud and is engaging in criminal activity This company has perfected the art of fleecing customers by what is now a publicly traded company. I look forward with great anticipation to their quarterly report to see if they are going to actually report the income from this. I've noticed that SOBENY is mostly defunct from all the bad reviews and the newer LUXURBAN seems to have started the trend of pocketing the funds of cancelled reservations as of late too. I guess it's easier to get away with this than acting in good faith. And yes, I got scammed by them myself so I've paid for this review and I'd have more luck beating my head against the wall than getting them to issue a simple refund.

DEWe have booked an appartement through booking We have booked an appartement through booking with them and cancelled on time and should have gotten refunded. However, we were never refunded by the Corporate Housing Com Group even though we contacted them several times via email! They never respond and we lost our rent!!!!! This is a huge scam

DKDo not book Sobeny Blakely Hotel Do not book Sobeny Blakely Hotel We have booked a hotel through Booking.com and canceled on time and should have gotten refunded. However, we were never refunded by the Corporate Housing.Com We contacted them several times. They now respond that they have sent a refund. But after 60 days w still have not got our 1030 dollars. You can always get your money back from your bank if you make an objection. we just got it so now it is the bank that has to raise money from CorporateHousing.Com

CATerrible experience, will be on the lookout for them now Don’t believe the 5-star reviews on Booking.com or other websites about properties managed by Corphousing. We lost our accommodation, which we booked 5 months in advance, and had to cancel our long-awaited trip. I received a chat message from Corphousing on Booking 48 hours before our trip, saying that they had to cancel our accommodation. They asked me to email them on the same day with a promise to help find another accommodation. They also said that they would not look at the Booking.com chat for urgent relocation issues, and that I absolutely had to email them. Long story short, I emailed them, and got an immediate response but then radio silence, with the deadline for a free cancellation from Booking getting closer and closer. I didn’t feel good about the whole situation, so I complained to Booking.com and got a refund. My friend and I lost our vacation, but it could’ve been much worse: we could’ve been stranded in a city we don’t know well, stuck with paying a lot of money for another hotel on top of what we had already paid.
