GBSlow customer responxe to not have complete reports I only got the criminal report. It was frustrating waiting all that time for a response. I called the corporate number and got no response from that person. I could have lost the prospective tenant. Response time way too slow. First time user. Finally gotvthe credit report after person had to fill out everything again.

GBI did not have a good experience I did not have a good experience. I did not get any screening report after my tenant paid for it and no response when they tried contacting the customer support. I tried the chat option and was waiting all day and nobody responded. Only one of my tenants tried this and because of this failure I asked the other tenant to not do RentBerry anymore.
