GBI did not have a good experience I did not have a good experience. I did not get any screening report after my tenant paid for it and no response when they tried contacting the customer support. I tried the chat option and was waiting all day and nobody responded. Only one of my tenants tried this and because of this failure I asked the other tenant to not do RentBerry anymore.
