It took us a couple years since we could not find anything we liked in the McMicken Heights neighborhood. When we finally found the house we wanted Chris did everything he could to make it ours. He was very patient and supportive and was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Fair Rent is fair, with only modest increases when time to renew leases. Always available, by phone, at least. Maintenance response time and consistency - if not urgent - leaves much to be desired.
