Cody Davis has integrity Cody Davis was responsive, attentive, honest, sincere, and quick. There were 4 buyers bidding on the property I wanted, but Cody was creative enough to negotiate a deal that allowed me to purchase the property I wanted most without bidding more than I was willing to. I couldn't be more satisfied. Cody was everything I needed from a real estate agent.

From our initial call From our initial call, through negotiations, and final move in, everyone was friendly, quick to respond, and willing to assist; when we had questions, they were handled quickly and in sufficient detail to the point. Our time frame was short and when all was said and done, we couldn't have asked for more.

I have faith you can improve After Blackwell took over the management of our complex things just seem a bit delayed. Maybe it's due to being unfamiliar with all the little details during the transition or maybe it is not. Time will tell.

This is a early ranking This is a early ranking, but so far they seem very easy to work with. I'm sure that I would be able to bump up the rating to a 5, but time will tell. So far, so good!👍👍👍👍
