He did a great job with showing us houses and talking through everything. Felt comfortable with the whole process and zero pressure to make a move unless we wanted to more forward with any house.

I have faith you can improve After Blackwell took over the management of our complex things just seem a bit delayed. Maybe it's due to being unfamiliar with all the little details during the transition or maybe it is not. Time will tell.
