I have made 4 attempts at trying to have documents removed from this site. They allow you to upload documents such as vouchers income info and drivers license and although there is a delete option it does not work. They also told me that once you upload documents onto their site they cant be removed and are there permanently. I also know that's not true because what would be the reason for the delete option. I couldn't find the site moderator/developer on their website and they dont seem to know that the website moderator/developer could fix this problem. I will keep making complaints on every available platform until they fix the problem. I will also be contacting HUD offices for all states associated with this so called "resource" that holds personal information against the will of an individual. DO NOT UPLOAD DOCUMENTS TO THIS SITE.

Customer Support thru chat is helpful The website it not easy to navigate, but customer support thru the chat option was very helpful. I am a landlord and did not upgrade our account. Just used the free option.

I wrote a very strong review about the service of Affordable Housing because it was about my experience Today I had a call from Eula from customer service. WHAT A SERVICE!! She took care and solved my problem with so much kindness. Advice before writing a nasty review call and ask to speak to a supervisor, they are better prepared to resolve problems. Very appreciative from Affordable Housing call. It was them who reach out to me! Thank you!
