Customer Support thru chat is helpful The website it not easy to navigate, but customer support thru the chat option was very helpful. I am a landlord and did not upgrade our account. Just used the free option.

Worst website ever If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. For almost a YEAR - with multiple attempts to resolve this, they have been ignoring MAJOR issues like the inability to update a listing. They either say "everything looks good on their end" OR acknowledge many technical issues but do nothing about it! Keep charging. They are a scam because section 8 voucher holders are stuck using just this website, no other choice is available. This website charges landlords a lot of money and does NOT serve the public. The customer service denies the problems - ridiculous. The worst website I ever used, and the sad thing is that we are FORCED to use it. Give us gosection8.com back!

SCAM TO TRY AND MAKE YOU PAY A MONTHLY FEE Landlords, keep in mind that Affordablehousing.com wont let you reach out to any of the prospective renters on their website unless you pay their website $50-80 per month. Their website is extremely misleading and a scam, since after you spend time posting your listing, and wasting time getting on call with their reps - you will STILL have to PAY about $80 per month if you want to be able to text or email the prospective renters. They are fraud, as they dont disclose this, and their website is purposely misleading.

I think that affordablehousinghub.org… I think that affordablehousinghub.org and affordable housing are the same scam logo. I recently went online looking for a low income senior housing program (section 8) They appeared to be a legit government agency. I filled out there online application, and was then told that to complete the application, I would have to do a credit check which would just be a refundable one dollar, they sent me a link to a scam company called “clickfreescore which ended up taking $39.90 from my bank account, so another company on their website called “just answer” tried scamming out of $65 claiming I had signed up for their scam legal service, which I’ve already been refunded after putting up’s big fight!

Very misleading and I would not… Very misleading site and I would not trust any information on this site they have postings of apartment complexes with phone numbers attached to properties all the way into Indianapolis as an example listing certain properties in Valparaiso Indiana and which I'm very familiar with but when you call the number they have listed it's an apartment complex in Indianapolis with no affiliation there are no vouchers currently open in Porter County unsure who these people are but I would refrain from believing following through with anything
