GBI live over 900 miles away from MN and… I live over 900 miles away from MN and so far, I am very pleased with the options I have been presented. Looking forward to seeing my follow up questions from specific apartments. I’ll be moving in under 6 months. This site has made the stress of finding accommodations calming. GBOaks of Lakebridge, Ormond Beach, FL This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly, the maintenance people are prompt and fast, and my neighbors are absolutely awesome! They go to great lengths to maintain and take care of this property and are in the process of upgrading all the apartments and have already given the outside of the apartments a fresh coat of paint and brand new roofs. You'll find no complaints from this girl! Thank you Penny, Suzy, Tom, and other maintenance man (sorry I don't know your name even though I should), for making my stay here absolutely pleasurable!

GBFridge stopped working on a Friday Fridge stopped working on a Friday. I put in work order and called Saturday morning to see if anyone was coming by. Was told they only work on emergencies on the weekends and this does not qualify as one. Screw the fact that all the food I need for my kids will go bad but the meds that need to be kept refrigerated will go bad as well. How is this NOT an emergency? Rent is due this week and now I’ll have to find a way to buy more groceries and meds to top it off. Horrible horrible place.

GBScammers!!! Scammers! I see my rental house listed with these turkeys! I only have it listed on Craigslist for rent, and it shows up on their website! Watch out! Probably trying to scam potential renters out of a deposit.
