Received quick auto response. Nice! Will be talking with leasing agents as soon as we get back from our current trip. Property looks nice from what we see and read in the brochures.

Not too clear Not too clear, I was put on hold for 8 min, while she had to go find out what the qualifying income amount was, than I had a few more questions but she was not intusiastic about trying to find out if she had answered all my questions, she said, you have to come down for a tour on Tuesday after 3:00pm, put in my application , like rushing to get the next call. She may not be intentionally doing this however it maybe corrected if someone trains her properly. Thanks, Client.

So Glad I made the right choice to live at Lakeside V! I have been residing at Lakeside V via Tonti New Orleans for a little over a year but have been a Tonti New Orleans (Golden Key) resident for four now and love the excellent staff, their professionalism and their inviting manner. The community I live in is clean, spacious, and safe to live in. If ever there is an issue in my apartment, their maintenance staff is there in an instant to resolve! I am always seeing a Security staff near by too, which secure my will to continue to reside and would recommend to others.

I have messaged many of these places &… I have messaged many of these places & have received a generic response of some one will be contacting you....yep, a little over a week later, I still have not been contacted, by anyone, everything has been a generic computer generated response, very disappointing after spending literally hours searching

Been living at these apartments since… Been living at these apartments since February and been having no issues. Property is clean and always see maintenance working around property. Management team is very helpful. Also have a school right across the street so helps one who has children going to elementary school.. just a few feet away from property highly recommended
