Quick response times!! I love the fact that Great Jones Property Mgmt responds quickly to complaints for repairs once it has been submitted through the portal ! Thank you, thank you so appreciated. Great Jones will follow up and get the job completed through the owner or other business liaisons to solve the problem s as well as keeping you up to date with appointment times. Recently the furnace in our unit began… Recently the furnace in our unit began making a strange noise so I contacted the maintenance line and they set up a service company to come out and take a look at the Issue. I was pleasantly surprised that the service company contacted me almost immediately and scheduled a tech to come out same day. Within a few hours the tech showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable. The issue was repaired in about an hour. Thank you Great Jones for your quick response to our concern.

Great Experience So Far :) Michael (Weiss) truly went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a more understanding agent. He worked with me personally over the last few months to make sure I found the right fit for my family, and was very patient and understanding giving my circumstances. Hands down one of the worst Hands down one of the worst, if not the worst consumer experiences of my life. Avoid at all costs, otherwise it will cost you A LOT of time, money, and heartache. Guess how many months it will take them to arrange a hot water repair, if you guessed three months, congrats. Home was condemned almost immediately after the city inspector finally came to check on the situation. The story goes on, but just imagine the worst experience and subtract a star from that.

Not horrible Communication went well initially and the process overall was not bad. I gave 3 stars because I feel as if I was rushed into the property. There were some pretty big issues upon moving in that should have been noticed and fixed prior, had a proper inspection been conducted. They did work with me, though on getting those issues fixed.
