They attempted to put my rent up by £150 a month , and then lied that it was the Landlord's decision ...which after talking with the landlord, it wasnt his decision. LPS are trying to force me out of my home as to probably convince my landlord to make it an Air BNB. terrible company , dodgy as hell

GBDo not touch this estate agent with a… Do not touch this estate agent with a barge pole. Do not respond to any emails and then tried charging us half the deposit at the end of the tenancy. When I rung I literally got screamed at by Vicky the manager. DO NOT USE

GBAbsolutely appalled… Absolutely appalled at how my daughter and housemate were treated by this company! They were allowed to move into a house which hadn't been cleaned at all, so many maintenance issues including, taps hanging out from basin, toilet seat hanging off, wardrobe doors hanging off, filthy mattress, moldy blinds, food left in kitchen cupboards and freezer, nothing cleaned, including the fridge, cooker, feces still around toilet, disgraceful, and Absolutely no apology when complaining on the moving in day.

GBPlease avoid avoid avoid this agency at… Please avoid avoid avoid this agency at all costs. I would have given 0 stars but there wasn’t that option. Long story short LPS had my holding deposit and then went and advertised the flat more expensively online, never told me the progress of my application… and when I asked about an update Vicky told me I wasn’t going to get my holding deposit back because I failed referencing, which wasn’t true at all. I was homeless due to their unprofessionalism for a few months and a member of staff told me -his words- ‘to be homeless is your choice’ and that I’m wasting his time. I had to go through PRS (which are amazing, thank god they exist) to get my holding deposit money back. And 7 months later I got my holding deposit refunded. I would highly recommend to avoid this letting agency. All the best!

GBRude service Rude service, when something breaks (and it does a lot) they tell you in the contract to use one service, after you waste your time describing endless problems there they tell you that you should not have used it and instead give you some phone number. Some agents from their agency one day unlocked the door and went inside my apartment when I was sleeping as if it was theirs. Endless problems with unfinished property, leaks etc. They ignore your emails too.
