DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY OFFER AND CONFIRM WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN I have an injured leg and cannot walk far. My agreement stated that the company would collect and return me to the airport. This was acknowledged on my booking confirmation. On arrival I called the number given to be told that the service had been discontinued and that "it was only an 8 minute walk". Not with a sore leg a case and two pieces of hand luggage! Their website still trumpets the pick up service this morning. Sha'nt be using them again, ever!

Horrible Management Liars I bought a Brand new Sofa and Love seat out of the catalog(Ashley Furniture) After 10 months the wood in the Sofa split just broke into pieces. Bernike the Manager was contacted October 7th she said she would send someone to get the Sofa October 10th to repair it no one came as of today December 1st after many phone calls and lies after lies after lies the Manager Bernike will not make any attempt to fix the Sofa. A complete ripp off of a company……. Stay away from them A complete ripp off af a company, made a booking for 100 pounds over 2 days, when I go to pay for the car and the deposit, I am told that they can’t charge for the deposit as it’s a large amount and that they would take 100 pounds deposit instead, I ask if this will be paid back and received a yes, they have now charged me 100 pounds over the agreed amount stating that I offered to pay 100 pounds as full protection, insurance I have via travel insurance….. this company is only out to steal your money using slight of hand sales tactics. Edit….. he will write on a piece of paper to show that they can’t withdraw the 1750 pounds deposit but will take 100 pounds and it will count as zero, on the contract they will add something called, pom package which they will later claim is an insurance you agreed to…… STAY AWAY FROM THEM, Easy Rent…… I will be going forward with a complaint

MY HUSBAND ASK TO ADD MYSELF AS 2nd driver THEY SAID UNLESS WE GIVE A GOOD REVIEWS! WE FINALLY LEFT WITHOUT CAR AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK ! Worst experience in over 30 years and I… Worst experience in over 30 years and I do not say this lightly. They are only in business from the airport traffic of new customers who have no clue. The rental place is 20 min outside the airport. You will wait 60-90 min for a shuttle to pick you up because there is only one shuttle. Wait hours to get your car and catch the shuttle back to the airport. I ended up getting an Uber to drive back to the Airport NOT to miss my flight. The people who work there are children in early twenties, so you can imagine their attitude. Don't do it.
