WAIT MORE THAN 2 HOURS TO LET US KNOW THE CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE EVEN IF WE CALL WHEN ON OUR WAY THEY CONFIRMED THE SUV WAS AVAILABLE BUT ONCE WE GET THERE THEY WANTED TO GIVE US A SMALL ALTIMA FOR THE SUV PRICE WICH WE REFUSE! MY HUSBAND ASK TO ADD MYSELF AS 2nd driver THEY SAID UNLESS WE GIVE A GOOD REVIEWS! WE FINALLY LEFT WITHOUT CAR AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK ! STAFF IS SO SLOW AND THE MANAGER BARELY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING

DKA complete ripp off of a company……. Stay away from them A complete ripp off af a company, made a booking for 100 pounds over 2 days, when I go to pay for the car and the deposit, I am told that they can’t charge for the deposit as it’s a large amount and that they would take 100 pounds deposit instead, I ask if this will be paid back and received a yes, they have now charged me 100 pounds over the agreed amount stating that I offered to pay 100 pounds as full protection, insurance I have via travel insurance….. this company is only out to steal your money using slight of hand sales tactics. Edit….. he will write on a piece of paper to show that they can’t withdraw the 1750 pounds deposit but will take 100 pounds and it will count as zero, on the contract they will add something called, pom package which they will later claim is an insurance you agreed to…… STAY AWAY FROM THEM, Easy Rent…… I will be going forward with a complaint

GBWorst car rental company Never rent a vehicle from that company, especially the office located in Fort Lauderdale,, the staff that is there does not have any education, It is the worst car rental company that can exist in the area of the Fort Laudedale airport : they offer a rate and when you get to the counter they start adding additional expenses including security deposits that are never mentioned when making the reservation. The staff they have hired in the fort Lauderdale office is the worst you can have for customer service they should give a Costumer Service course.
