The rental place is 20 min outside the airport. You will wait 60-90 min for a shuttle to pick you up because there is only one shuttle. Wait hours to get your car and catch the shuttle back to the airport. I ended up getting an Uber to drive back to the Airport NOT to miss my flight. The people who work there are children in early twenties, so you can imagine their attitude. Don't do it.

STAFF IS SO SLOW AND THE MANAGER BARELY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING

The cheapest rent that is the most expensive I was thinking of doing a good business renting the cheapest vehicle in Easyrent Stansted Airport UK... but I ended up paying more than the most expensive company.

Horrible Management Liars I bought a Brand new Sofa and Love seat out of the catalog(Ashley Furniture) After 10 months the wood in the Sofa split just broke into pieces. Bernike the Manager was contacted October 7th she said she would send someone to get the Sofa October 10th to repair it no one came as of today December 1st after many phone calls and lies after lies after lies the Manager Bernike will not make any attempt to fix the Sofa. Although not situated in the Airport… Although not situated in the Airport Terminal at Birmingham Airport, it was easy to be picked up by shuttle and only 2 min drive away.. got really nice car.. super friendly staff.. especially one of the guys at work Thursday 29. Sep and again Sunday 2. Oct.. he gave excellent service..👍👍
