GBHorrible Management Liars I bought a Brand new Sofa and Love seat out of the catalog(Ashley Furniture) After 10 months the wood in the Sofa split just broke into pieces. Bernike the Manager was contacted October 7th she said she would send someone to get the Sofa October 10th to repair it no one came as of today December 1st after many phone calls and lies after lies after lies the Manager Bernike will not make any attempt to fix the Sofa. Not only that when we call we are now left on hold. Easy Rental Jonesboro Rd Forest Park Ga don’t go there. I thought I was safe buying from the catalog

GBNothing easy about easy rent Been 7 months stranded abroad due to Covid restrictions. My lease expires while abroad and I return and cancel my insurance. I get back and rent a car for 3 days while I look for a new car. Never did they ask while booking through expedia if I had an active insurance. Why would I if I have no car. Why would I rent if I had a car. Anyway, no rental, soaked wet. Ubered home. Nothing easy about easyrent.

ESEasyrent car hire gatwick For those wishing to hire a car at Gatwick avoid these people like the plague. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with them when booking a car through Carjet (an equally disreputable company). A number of weeks ago I flew to Gatwick to collect a car from easyrent, which I had paid for in advance using a debit card, which was accepted. On arrival I was told I could not have a car because I did not have a credit card. After some discussion I was told my debit card would be accepted provided I paid a further non refundable fee of £315. What a rip off. On top of this they wanted to block a further £1500 on my card (compared to £600 which other car hire companies have charged in the past) I refused to accept any of this and so ended up with no car and no refund of the £216 that I paid for it. These people like their partners in crime Carjet are crooks in my view. Avoid them. EASYRENT SHOULD BE RENAMED EASYCON!!!
