GBDO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY OFFER AND CONFIRM WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN I have an injured leg and cannot walk far. My agreement stated that the company would collect and return me to the airport. This was acknowledged on my booking confirmation. On arrival I called the number given to be told that the service had been discontinued and that "it was only an 8 minute walk". Not with a sore leg a case and two pieces of hand luggage! Their website still trumpets the pick up service this morning. Sha'nt be using them again, ever!

ESPeter McCarthy Arrived at Luton Airport late at night... It took ages to find out which bus to get to go to pick up the car.. and the car was miles away in a off site car park... Very dark, hard to see the condition of the car.. Very hard to drive out of the site... The car was OK.. The people where pleasant.. But they seem to have problems returning my deposit... days later.. even with full insurance.. Lucky for me I don't need to use my credit card else where.. Wouldn't use them again and will think twice about using Luton Airport in the future Still waiting for them to return my deposit to me... now been four days and no sign of it... So I've been ripped off... So easy to take it from my card... But they can't return it... Maybe they have money problems..... Changed from two star to one.... Bad company go else where...

GBWorst experience in over 30 years and I… Worst experience in over 30 years and I do not say this lightly. They are only in business from the airport traffic of new customers who have no clue. The rental place is 20 min outside the airport. You will wait 60-90 min for a shuttle to pick you up because there is only one shuttle. Wait hours to get your car and catch the shuttle back to the airport. I ended up getting an Uber to drive back to the Airport NOT to miss my flight. The people who work there are children in early twenties, so you can imagine their attitude. Don't do it.

GBDon’t use this company if you don’t… Don’t use this company if you don’t wanna be in problems for months. my aunt experience I rent a car in for Fort Lauderdale Location. Once I had the car for one day, the price was increased double and they want to charge for a lot of insurance and taxes that nobody explained before. If I try to return the car, they wouldn’t give any money back and I had to give a safe deposit of $250 that so far a month after I return the car hasn’t been refunded. I’m calling several times to the office in Fort Lauderdale and after a while they just hung up the phone without even answer. I also called the 888 customer service number and waiting 20 minutes for them to answer but nobody in the other side. Just hang up the phone.

DKAlthough not situated in the Airport… Although not situated in the Airport Terminal at Birmingham Airport, it was easy to be picked up by shuttle and only 2 min drive away.. got really nice car.. super friendly staff.. especially one of the guys at work Thursday 29. Sep and again Sunday 2. Oct.. he gave excellent service..👍👍
