Horrible Management Liars I bought a Brand new Sofa and Love seat out of the catalog(Ashley Furniture) After 10 months the wood in the Sofa split just broke into pieces. Bernike the Manager was contacted October 7th she said she would send someone to get the Sofa October 10th to repair it no one came as of today December 1st after many phone calls and lies after lies after lies the Manager Bernike will not make any attempt to fix the Sofa. Not only that when we call we are now left on hold. Easy Rental Jonesboro Rd Forest Park Ga don’t go there. I thought I was safe buying from the catalog

Don’t use this company if you don’t… Don’t use this company if you don’t wanna be in problems for months. my aunt experience I rent a car in for Fort Lauderdale Location. Once I had the car for one day, the price was increased double and they want to charge for a lot of insurance and taxes that nobody explained before. If I try to return the car, they wouldn’t give any money back and I had to give a safe deposit of $250 that so far a month after I return the car hasn’t been refunded. I’m calling several times to the office in Fort Lauderdale and after a while they just hung up the phone without even answer. I also called the 888 customer service number and waiting 20 minutes for them to answer but nobody in the other side. Just hang up the phone.

Very friendly service from Anthony at… Very friendly service from Anthony at the Bradford Airport! For the second consecutive time he had been saving me lots of £££ by checking online and suggesting a cheaper rate via an alternative online booking process. Very pleased! Saved so far £87, 94 miles, and lots of hassle!! Great service. Thanks again!

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY OFFER AND CONFIRM WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN I have an injured leg and cannot walk far. My agreement stated that the company would collect and return me to the airport. This was acknowledged on my booking confirmation. On arrival I called the number given to be told that the service had been discontinued and that "it was only an 8 minute walk". Not with a sore leg a case and two pieces of hand luggage! Their website still trumpets the pick up service this morning. Sha'nt be using them again, ever!

Nothing easy about easy rent Been 7 months stranded abroad due to Covid restrictions. My lease expires while abroad and I return and cancel my insurance. I get back and rent a car for 3 days while I look for a new car. Never did they ask while booking through expedia if I had an active insurance. Why would I if I have no car. Why would I rent if I had a car. Anyway, no rental, soaked wet. Ubered home. Nothing easy about easyrent.
