About Zumper

We believe finding your new apartment is more than just a move. It’s something bigger. A step forward. A new beginning. A fresh start. Whether you’re moving across the country or across the street, you deserve to love where you land. But today’s rental experience is broken. It’s outdated, exhausting, and slow. We spend hours of our lives searching just to settle for places that don’t feel like home. The nightmare ends now. Zumper is on a mission to change the way you rent, forever. To make it easier, faster, and more human. By making this vision a reality, we’re creating opportunity for everyone to live better—from one fresh start to the next.

Finally attended to persistent blacklisting issues. After almost a year, having my full ID/photo and Property Tax doc (which I am not happy about to hand over), Zumper finally did restore my account after some back and forth. I was locked out again, but they fixed it within hours this time. Thus, I amended my rating higher. Thank you Zumper for following up and finally resolving the issue.

Zumper is a SCAM Zumper is a SCAM I am a real estate broker in WI and have been fielding phone calls all day and night from CA, UT, CT, PA, NY, OH regarding homes for rent. Apparently, there are properties with my contact information. I was able to get a screen shot from one of the callers and it is my name as well as my business name and and encrypted phone number that calls by business number directly. Zumper website doesn't have a phone number to call! I searched and found it (415) 262-4213 if you want to leave a VM. Also if you are having issues, you can email them. I'm assuming they will not respond to me as all the reviews on their facebook page indicate they are a SCAM and don't research any of their advertisers.

Zumper listed my house for rent without my knowledge or permission I’ve got my house on the market for sale through a real estate agent. A friend called and let me know she saw it for rent on Zumper! So Zumper copied the listing and has it advertised for rent?! How can they do that and still remain in business? Now I’m going to have to go through the hassle to contact the Ga Real Estate Commission and FTC to file complaints. I would never give them a star except I have to so I can let others know not do business with this group of scammers.
