USDO NOT USE THE WEBSITE! I had a tenant go through the screening process and next day my tenant had $10,000 stolen from their bank account. Someone within the company is stealing information and money! There is no phone number of emergency way to contact the company.

USBE WEARY ZUMPER had home for rent in Central Florida. Set up request for showing with Property Management company on site. I get response next day from 216-245-3163 Ricardo . Very difficult to understand his English. He instructs us to go to the house- no one there to greet us. Lock boxes at the door he can not provide proper code. he tells us to go to back door is open gate to back was locked . called property mgmt company ( national) that subs it out to different property management company local next day. They said its a scam home owned by large investment firm . MY question is how did the con artist get my phone number in this process

USmediocre customer service BBB / YELP / GOOGLE URGENT 4/12/2023 I never expect to find so many negative reviews here about Zumper which is acting EXTREMELY irrationally. Now I can join hundred of unsatisfied customers for Zumper. I had two listings with them and out of the blue they asked me to identify myself online with the camera. I am not a technological wizard. I was suspicious and multiple times i asked if that identification process was a scam. I tried and tried and the crazy weird system never accepted my photos. Then the kind of lawyer working there asked for utility bills and property deed in order to list both listings. Since the property is rented i am not the one paying the bills. I told them twice and they do not read my emails. I provided copy of the deed and what they did next? They closed my account. I am going to Google and Yelp to report them. Zillow and other online free rental platforms NEVER acted that way. The government should be notified immediately.

CAI have had problems back and forth for… I have had problems back and forth for last few month about my account with Zumper block and delisted and then reinstated by onboard Zendesk and apologized security reason and yesterday again block and deactivated now. I’ve sent all my Driver licence and picture of myself property titles and utilities bills as per requested again. I know Zumper concerns for scam purposes but it be never ever scammed any tenants of mine or others with all my rentals. I can provide all active tenants experience with me as their landlord.name Bennie Ma

CAFinally attended to persistent blacklisting issues. After almost a year, having my full ID/photo and Property Tax doc (which I am not happy about to hand over), Zumper finally did restore my account after some back and forth. I was locked out again, but they fixed it within hours this time. Thus, I amended my rating higher. Thank you Zumper for following up and finally resolving the issue.
