GBBE WEARY ZUMPER had home for rent in Central Florida. Set up request for showing with Property Management company on site. I get response next day from 216-245-3163 Ricardo . Very difficult to understand his English. He instructs us to go to the house- no one there to greet us. Lock boxes at the door he can not provide proper code. he tells us to go to back door is open gate to back was locked . called property mgmt company ( national) that subs it out to different property management company local next day. They said its a scam home owned by large investment firm . MY question is how did the con artist get my phone number in this process

GBWant to verify driver's license (photo ID) through email This company is just cheap. They want me to send them pictures of my photo ID (driver's license) through email. Respectable companies use third party products/apps that verify these without email in a secure way. Just pay the money and keep your users secure. Here is what they sent me when I complained about their unsafe practice: "We understand you're wary about getting your information compromised. We respect your decision and we'll be waiting once you decide to proceed with having your account reviewed. All the best, Devine Client Support Advocate" This is not how you "advocate" for clients.

GBHuge waste of time constantly spams… Huge waste of time constantly spams inbox with apartments outside of search constraints namely budget. Many advertised apartments are also inaccurate.

GBAs a landlord don't use rent collection! As a landlord, they offer a free service of collecting rent.Great Idea. Filled with glitches and bugs. Customer service stinks. they usually just ignore you. Problems happen. This company doesnt seem to care to fix their problems. Sad.

RSI am trying to screen a new tenant I am trying to screen a new tenant, which I did before using Zumper, but now for some reason they are asking me to verify my identity. I did it and still cannot access reports. Nobody is replying. People paid Zumper to get their reports done but no one has access to these reports. Of course no telephone number to call and talk to a person.
