GBReally poor experience around New Year's Waited more than hour just to get keys, and found out then that the property wasn't even ready yet. This was at 5:30 pm when check-in was supposed to be 4 pm. We didn't finally get in to the property until 6:30 pm. The dinner voucher provided didn't compensate for one of our two nights of vacation being so frustrating. The property itself was also lacking in things like paper towels, salt and pepper, enough towels and laundry detergent for more than two loads. There just want a thoughtful touch at all. Their policies surrounding check in and check out (10 am!) were ridiculous as well. You have to drive your own garbage to a dumpster or you get charged $25 a bag. It was the longest rental agreement I've ever had to sign.

CANightmare, horrible customer service Subject: Unpleasant Stay at Fisher Man Paradise - Reservation No. 234100 I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the Fisher Man Paradise property under Reservation No. 234100. Upon our arrival on Saturday, January 13, at 4:30 pm, we were surprised to find the house in an unclean state. Despite our immediate complaint, the company's response only involved sending two cleaning ladies who addressed some of the issues, such as vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms. Our problems persisted when attempting to wash the couch bed's sheets, leading to a significant leak and, subsequently, a safety concern. Despite the intervention of a maintenance person, we were left uneasy about our safety until the early morning hours due to the potential electrical hazard. It was a nightmare!! Seeking resolution, we visited the rental main office the next day and spoke with Louis, expressing our disappointment. Unfortunately, our concerns were not met with the desired level of customer service, and our request for a refund for that night was denied. Overall, our experience was marred by cleanliness issues, safety concerns, and a lack of satisfactory customer service. We hope that our feedback will prevent new guests from being scammed.

GBThe house was not clean upon arrival… The house was not clean upon arrival not stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. We reached out to the office multiple times and waited several hours for a cleaning “crew” to arrive - which consisted of one woman with her daughter. They did not finish up until midnight on our first night. I felt terrible for the two of them, as I’m sure the oversight was not their fault. The only silver lining was that we were reimbursed for that first night’s stay. It wasn’t a great first experience that’s for sure.

GBI got electrocuted from an exposed wire… I got electrocuted from an exposed wire for the radio/stereo. Both mornings we all woke up to deafening construction noises. The machine noises continued throughout the morning. Wanted to go on vacation to rest and relax but that was not at all the way that it went. Wanted tovplan several trips throughout this winter especially with the coming rain/snow this week but may have to consider looking elsewhere

GBPluses and minuses + Good location + Well stocked kitchen + Spacious + High but reasonable cost compared to others - Less than clean (mostly dusty & cobwebs) - Spiders (one between the bed sheets) - Torn carpet = trip hazard - Furnace cycled on & off every few minutes. A programmable thermostat would easily fix that annoyance. - 4pm check-in, 10am checkout with fee for checking out even one minute late -- so you get 2-3/4 days for the price of 3 days - 15-page agreement (leaving no liability/responsibility for management & owner)
