Bi was given wrong info about how to calculate your monthly income and cause the wrong info, I went over and Now I have a hearing with S.S office and I may have to pay back a Month of benefits . Make sure u understand how it works

I asked some questions over and over to make sure I understand what she explained clearly because it almost sounded to good to be true. Im happy I put in a request and you guys got back to me quickly. I definitely didn't know there was a lot of help with this program. She definitely went above and beyond explaining everything. 💯 Customer service My experience with Allsup and especially the representative I spoke to was excellent. Initially I was overwhelmed, frustrated and confused with the process of submitting the appropriate forms. Before I was receiving conflicting information about various forms but the representative I spoke to on 02/16/2024 was very thorough and clarified everything. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. By the end of our conversation a burden was lifted from me. She was very patient and understanding so much that she allowed me to fill out forms while on the phone. She explained the Allsup program to me in detail then took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciate the most is the follow up call. Customer service is extremely important...And I received 100% from that representative. Thanks!
