GBNot much help. I have been unemployed since September of this year. Allsup hasn't been able to help me find a new job yet. I have been applying to several jobs on my own and some jobs that my case manager provides me with via email every so often. I am giving them three stars because their employees are professional and courteous over the phone. I've never had any problems speaking with anyone at Allsup. I just wish it was easier for them to find a permanent job for me.

GBAllsup does not respond too anything Allsup does not respond too anything, i can't get a call or email that's not automated, they can't provide case updates, they can't flag my case because they do not read their emails or listen to voicemail. Chat agents are useless

CNWorking With Shelley LaCaze: A Great Experience I have worked most closely with Shelley LaCaze, for several years. She is fantastic. She always makes herself available for questions and assist my job search in any way she can. She scans job boards for the most useful leads she can provide me with, reviews new drafts of my resumes and gives me perceptive feedback on how to make them more focused and effective. She gives me great tips for preparing for interviews. Shelley has made a major positive impact on my job search, not to mention she is always cheerful, upbeat and a pleasure to work with. I am very grateful to have the chance to work with her.
