GBAllsup does not respond too anything Allsup does not respond too anything, i can't get a call or email that's not automated, they can't provide case updates, they can't flag my case because they do not read their emails or listen to voicemail. Chat agents are useless

GBShe was so understanding and patient… She was so understanding and patient with me. I asked some questions over and over to make sure I understand what she explained clearly because it almost sounded to good to be true. Im happy I put in a request and you guys got back to me quickly. I definitely didn't know there was a lot of help with this program. She definitely went above and beyond explaining everything.
