GB💯 Customer service My experience with Allsup and especially the representative I spoke to was excellent. Initially I was overwhelmed, frustrated and confused with the process of submitting the appropriate forms. Before I was receiving conflicting information about various forms but the representative I spoke to on 02/16/2024 was very thorough and clarified everything. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. By the end of our conversation a burden was lifted from me. She was very patient and understanding so much that she allowed me to fill out forms while on the phone. She explained the Allsup program to me in detail then took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciate the most is the follow up call. Customer service is extremely important...And I received 100% from that representative. Thanks!

GBThe representative went over and above… The representative went over and above by calling Social Security for me twice and remembering to call me back the following day to try again. She spent as much time as was needed to get everything done and was patient.

GBMegan was fantastic! Megan was fantastic. She walked me through my current status and into the future with the clearest explanation I have had since enrolling in the program. She offered a depth of understanding of the program and really clarified things for me. I would love to have her as my rep every time I call. She really changed my perception of your company. GBAllsup does not respond too anything Allsup does not respond too anything, i can't get a call or email that's not automated, they can't provide case updates, they can't flag my case because they do not read their emails or listen to voicemail. Chat agents are useless
