Working With Shelley LaCaze: A Great Experience I have worked most closely with Shelley LaCaze, for several years. She is fantastic. She always makes herself available for questions and assist my job search in any way she can. She scans job boards for the most useful leads she can provide me with, reviews new drafts of my resumes and gives me perceptive feedback on how to make them more focused and effective. 💯 Customer service My experience with Allsup and especially the representative I spoke to was excellent. Initially I was overwhelmed, frustrated and confused with the process of submitting the appropriate forms. Before I was receiving conflicting information about various forms but the representative I spoke to on 02/16/2024 was very thorough and clarified everything. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. By the end of our conversation a burden was lifted from me. She was very patient and understanding so much that she allowed me to fill out forms while on the phone. She explained the Allsup program to me in detail then took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciate the most is the follow up call. Customer service is extremely important...And I received 100% from that representative. Thanks!
