GBShe was so understanding and patient… She was so understanding and patient with me. I asked some questions over and over to make sure I understand what she explained clearly because it almost sounded to good to be true. Im happy I put in a request and you guys got back to me quickly. I definitely didn't know there was a lot of help with this program. She definitely went above and beyond explaining everything. This was very important for me since I'm trying to start back working after not working for years. God bless.

GBNot much help. I have been unemployed since September of this year. Allsup hasn't been able to help me find a new job yet. I have been applying to several jobs on my own and some jobs that my case manager provides me with via email every so often. I am giving them three stars because their employees are professional and courteous over the phone. I've never had any problems speaking with anyone at Allsup. I just wish it was easier for them to find a permanent job for me.

GBMegan is Amazing! We are so fortunate that Megan is the person at Allsup helping us navigate the SSDI process. She is extremely knowledgable and professional, not to mention kind and patient. She consistently goes above and beyond to help us with whatever we need and follows up to be sure our issues with Social Security are successfully resolved. GBAllsup does not respond too anything Allsup does not respond too anything, i can't get a call or email that's not automated, they can't provide case updates, they can't flag my case because they do not read their emails or listen to voicemail. Chat agents are useless
