Megan was fantastic! Megan was fantastic. She walked me through my current status and into the future with the clearest explanation I have had since enrolling in the program. She offered a depth of understanding of the program and really clarified things for me. I would love to have her as my rep every time I call. She really changed my perception of your company. The representative (forgot her name) was knowledgeable, courteous and explained things in a clear and concise manner. Not much help. I have been unemployed since September of this year. Allsup hasn't been able to help me find a new job yet. I have been applying to several jobs on my own and some jobs that my case manager provides me with via email every so often. I am giving them three stars because their employees are professional and courteous over the phone. I've never had any problems speaking with anyone at Allsup. I just wish it was easier for them to find a permanent job for me.
