GBStaff is very friendly Staff is very friendly. In less than a week, I got 4 different agents regarding the same question. Bi was given wrong info about how to calculate your monthly income and cause the wrong info, I went over and Now I have a hearing with S.S office and I may have to pay back a Month of benefits . GBNot much help. I have been unemployed since September of this year. Allsup hasn't been able to help me find a new job yet. I have been applying to several jobs on my own and some jobs that my case manager provides me with via email every so often. I am giving them three stars because their employees are professional and courteous over the phone. I've never had any problems speaking with anyone at Allsup. I just wish it was easier for them to find a permanent job for me.

GBShe was so understanding and patient… She was so understanding and patient with me. I asked some questions over and over to make sure I understand what she explained clearly because it almost sounded to good to be true. Im happy I put in a request and you guys got back to me quickly. I definitely didn't know there was a lot of help with this program. She definitely went above and beyond explaining everything. This was very important for me since I'm trying to start back working after not working for years. God bless.
