Not much help. I have been unemployed since September of this year. Allsup hasn't been able to help me find a new job yet. I have been applying to several jobs on my own and some jobs that my case manager provides me with via email every so often. I am giving them three stars because their employees are professional and courteous over the phone. I've never had any problems speaking with anyone at Allsup. I just wish it was easier for them to find a permanent job for me.

💯 Customer service My experience with Allsup and especially the representative I spoke to was excellent. Initially I was overwhelmed, frustrated and confused with the process of submitting the appropriate forms. Before I was receiving conflicting information about various forms but the representative I spoke to on 02/16/2024 was very thorough and clarified everything. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. By the end of our conversation a burden was lifted from me. She was very patient and understanding so much that she allowed me to fill out forms while on the phone. She explained the Allsup program to me in detail then took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciate the most is the follow up call. Customer service is extremely important...And I received 100% from that representative. Thanks!

Knowledgeable, clear and concise. All of my questions were answered in an easy to understand manner. The representative (forgot her name) was knowledgeable, courteous and explained things in a clear and concise manner. She, as well as the all of previous representatives that I've spoken with are always helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

Staff is very friendly Staff is very friendly. In less than a week, I got 4 different agents regarding the same question. Bi was given wrong info about how to calculate your monthly income and cause the wrong info, I went over and Now I have a hearing with S.S office and I may have to pay back a Month of benefits . Make sure u understand how it works
