The representative (forgot her name) was knowledgeable, courteous and explained things in a clear and concise manner. She, as well as the all of previous representatives that I've spoken with are always helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

The representative went over and above… The representative went over and above by calling Social Security for me twice and remembering to call me back the following day to try again. She spent as much time as was needed to get everything done and was patient.
