She always makes herself available for questions and assist my job search in any way she can. She scans job boards for the most useful leads she can provide me with, reviews new drafts of my resumes and gives me perceptive feedback on how to make them more focused and effective. She gives me great tips for preparing for interviews. Shelley has made a major positive impact on my job search, not to mention she is always cheerful, upbeat and a pleasure to work with.
