Working With Shelley LaCaze: A Great Experience I have worked most closely with Shelley LaCaze, for several years. She is fantastic. She always makes herself available for questions and assist my job search in any way she can. She scans job boards for the most useful leads she can provide me with, reviews new drafts of my resumes and gives me perceptive feedback on how to make them more focused and effective. She gives me great tips for preparing for interviews. Shelley has made a major positive impact on my job search, not to mention she is always cheerful, upbeat and a pleasure to work with. I am very grateful to have the chance to work with her.

Megan is Amazing! We are so fortunate that Megan is the person at Allsup helping us navigate the SSDI process. She is extremely knowledgable and professional, not to mention kind and patient. She consistently goes above and beyond to help us with whatever we need and follows up to be sure our issues with Social Security are successfully resolved. Not much help. I have been unemployed since September of this year. Allsup hasn't been able to help me find a new job yet. I have been applying to several jobs on my own and some jobs that my case manager provides me with via email every so often. I am giving them three stars because their employees are professional and courteous over the phone. I've never had any problems speaking with anyone at Allsup. I just wish it was easier for them to find a permanent job for me.

The representative went over and above… The representative went over and above by calling Social Security for me twice and remembering to call me back the following day to try again. She spent as much time as was needed to get everything done and was patient.
