Now begins the hard work I enjoyed Jody’s workshop and am excited to implement these tools professionally and personally. I felt like her work is very important in corporate leadership and am excited to see changes at Engrain as a result of this workshop. I feel like both accountability and Mindmastery go hand in hand so it was a great approach to deep dive into 2 days of both. I’m hopeful I can shift my own lens and begin the hard work. I am thrilled with my new resume I am thrilled with my new resume! The last resume I had was 11 years old and listed the boring tasks of my various jobs. Paula created a masterpiece CV that highlighted my accomplishments without emphasizing that I had been out of school for many, many years. I really cannot adequately express how grateful and excited I am to have this wonderful new CV. Paula is super smart, understood exactly where to go with my CV and was very patient and kind. I will recommend her to all who are looking to update their resume. I'm thrilled!

A deep & thought-provoking experience My coach was incredibly patient with me, and knew exactly when to listen or engage. She pushed when I needed to be pushed, and changed things up when they weren't working for me. Though coaching isn't therapy, our sessions often felt like that - in a positive way. Our work helped me to realize my values and what is truly important to me, not what I think should be important. I removed one star as many of the support materials/homework were outdated.

A well organized and thoughtful approach Jody Michael Associates has a great process. It was a pleasure working with Amber. The initial conversation included some great questions, moving into a very clear questionnaire, digging further into my goals. In addition to getting what they needed, it helped me think more clearly about what I wanted. The reviews were easy and everything was quickly updated based on my feedback. The only downside is it's a Word document, so I'll have to spend time fixing the formatting in Google Docs. Everything else was great!
