Now begins the hard work I enjoyed Jody’s workshop and am excited to implement these tools professionally and personally. I felt like her work is very important in corporate leadership and am excited to see changes at Engrain as a result of this workshop. I feel like both accountability and Mindmastery go hand in hand so it was a great approach to deep dive into 2 days of both. I’m hopeful I can shift my own lens and begin the hard work. Amazing Amazing: expect to be shocked about yourself! I knew what I was coming into because I read Jody's book prior to this but I did not expect the results and the lessons I learned. I have been in therapy and had a coach before and THOUGHT I was mindful but I was not anywhere near where I want to be and should be. Seeing my results caused me a bit hurt but Jody teaches you ways to lead lightly and offers an app. I loved the 2 day course and thankful for Jody and my boss for introducing me to the book and class.

I needed materials with a quick turn-around time, and Jody Michael Associates really delivered for me. I worked closely with Laura Slawson, who is a master resume writer. She delivered the materials days in advance of the deadline, and the resume was perfect. Im very grateful for the help!

Jody Michael is a first rate coach! Jody Michael is a first rate coach and teacher. Her workshops are both practical and insightful. I feel like I made progress in my own development as a leader in the two day workshop, but she also sets us up to continue growing after the workshop is done. Highly recommend!

A deep & thought-provoking experience My coach was incredibly patient with me, and knew exactly when to listen or engage. She pushed when I needed to be pushed, and changed things up when they weren't working for me. Though coaching isn't therapy, our sessions often felt like that - in a positive way. Our work helped me to realize my values and what is truly important to me, not what I think should be important. I removed one star as many of the support materials/homework were outdated.
