Amazing Amazing: expect to be shocked about yourself! I knew what I was coming into because I read Jody's book prior to this but I did not expect the results and the lessons I learned. I have been in therapy and had a coach before and THOUGHT I was mindful but I was not anywhere near where I want to be and should be. Seeing my results caused me a bit hurt but Jody teaches you ways to lead lightly and offers an app. I loved the 2 day course and thankful for Jody and my boss for introducing me to the book and class.

I am thrilled with my new resume I am thrilled with my new resume! The last resume I had was 11 years old and listed the boring tasks of my various jobs. Paula created a masterpiece CV that highlighted my accomplishments without emphasizing that I had been out of school for many, many years. I really cannot adequately express how grateful and excited I am to have this wonderful new CV. Paula is super smart, understood exactly where to go with my CV and was very patient and kind. I will recommend her to all who are looking to update their resume. I'm thrilled!

I attended the Accountability Mirror… I attended the Accountability Mirror and MindMastery sessions this past weekend. Both were amazing! Day 1, I went in cautiously optimistic but slightly annoyed at having to give up my Saturday. Day 2, I went in excited and engaged. These sessions make you really look at yourself, see your blindspots, understand how your moods/thoughts impact your behaviour, and help you start to be more self aware. Excited to start the journey towards a more improved me. Thank you to Jody and her team!

Jody Michael is a first rate coach! Jody Michael is a first rate coach and teacher. Her workshops are both practical and insightful. I feel like I made progress in my own development as a leader in the two day workshop, but she also sets us up to continue growing after the workshop is done. Highly recommend!

A well organized and thoughtful approach Jody Michael Associates has a great process. It was a pleasure working with Amber. The initial conversation included some great questions, moving into a very clear questionnaire, digging further into my goals. In addition to getting what they needed, it helped me think more clearly about what I wanted. The reviews were easy and everything was quickly updated based on my feedback. The only downside is it's a Word document, so I'll have to spend time fixing the formatting in Google Docs. Everything else was great!
