One of the best training experience I took a ITIL4 Foundation course with Certification Planner in August. Received my course access and training details a week before the class. Instructor Rob was ITIL Expert certified and had good knowledge of ITIL. ITIL4 is recently launched certification by AXELOS but both support staff and instructor had all the updates and information to share with the learners. Took my exam on day 3 after 2 days course and cleared the test in 1st attempt. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Looking forward to the next level of ITIL4 launch. Cheers

PMP with Certification Planner Jacob Martin from Certification Planner guided me to recently launched PMP Plus program. I must say it saved $600 out of pocket expenses for me. My company will only pay for the training invoice and most training programs does not include the exam cost. Jacob helped me with PMI membership and exam booking. I passed within 2 weeks of my training with Certification Planner and highly recommended them to everyone. Instructor had excellent knowledge on the material and the examination. Support staff is always available even for regular questions after enrollment and training. Thank you Jacob, I'm a proud PMP now.

ITIL Practitioner with Jeff Kuhlman Excellent instructor! Really knew his stuff. Tailored class to my learning goals and corporate needs. Worked the PowerPoint like nobody's business, even modifying slides on the fly - quickly and precisely formatted. Highly recommend this instructor. 4 stars due to Certification Planner themselves. There was a bit of fumbling when a class got cancelled on me and exam voucher was not sent without me asking about it. I understand there was a family emergency involved with that other instructor, but I would have thought there would have been contingent plans in place (substitute teacher).

Excellent class and excellent company I have learned so much in my classes through Certification Planner ,LLC . He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in this, The instructor asks questions and gets me to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found this class. The course was great and the customer support were amazing. they were responding very quickly and able to meet my needs. The course material is great and the presentation is very good. So happy to get additional materials and tips to pass the exam and get prepared

Black Belt Six Sigma training I had a Black Belt Six Sigma training and all the body of knowledge was covered pretty clear. The statistical part had many applicable examples and I had an active participation. Jason was a great instructor, thank you for the many clarifications!
