False advertising I received a marketing email as an active subscriber to their dog food for 30% off. When I tried to redeem it, the customer service rep said it was for first-time orders only. Makes no sense for me to receive that email given that I'm an active subscriber. I checked the fine print in the email and the website, and nowhere does it mention that existing customers cannot use it. I provided adequate proof and expressed my frustration courteously, and was dismissed saying that they would not honor it but I could refer friends and family to them to get a discount. Why would I do that if my experience has been subpar and this business operates with false advertising?

We had a lapse… I reordered early because we were running low. It wasn’t sent early and we ran out of food. I was told it would be shipped the week of April 1st and it didn’t ship until April 10. I am very pleased with the food and want to use it on a regular basis with no interruptions. I have changed the plan. Hopefully there will be no more interruptions.

Feels good knowing that my dogs are getting good nutrition It’s been really good knowing that my dogs are getting good food. One of my dogs absolutely loves it. The other one. can take it or leave it. The only thing that I find is rather irritating is, I have to break up all the pieces to smaller pieces one for my littlest one and for the other one to feel like she’s getting enough food. Maybe it’s a finicky parent I don’t know.

I ordered a box on expedited 2 day… I ordered a box on expedited 2 day shipping because my pup was eating more and was almost out of his Sundays food. I was only emailed 5 days later apologizing about the delay and was told on March 27th that it was sent out for over night shipping. Here we are on March 29th and my pup is still without his normal day to day Sundays food. For me it’s not ideal to feed my dog a rice and chicken diet to sub not having his food. I’m beyond furious because this company is messing with the nutrition of my pup. I’m really considering researching another air dry food for my pup. He’s the most important thing in the world to us which is why we feed him such expensive nutrition. He comes first, but apparently to Sundays his nutrition is not being valued. Do better Sundays for dogs. So better. I don’t care about a discount or a free small dinky bag of food. I care that my puppy is getting his proper nutrition.
