USFeels good knowing that my dogs are getting good nutrition It’s been really good knowing that my dogs are getting good food. One of my dogs absolutely loves it. The other one. can take it or leave it. The only thing that I find is rather irritating is, I have to break up all the pieces to smaller pieces one for my littlest one and for the other one to feel like she’s getting enough food. Maybe it’s a finicky parent I don’t know.

USProduct is great Product is great, dog loves it and seems to have actually slimmed down a little. I had some issues switching my billing payment and some confusion but got it straightened out fairly quickly, or I would give this a 5 star. I would definitely recommend at least a trial of this product. The vet has suggested that our dog might have chicken allergy so we got the beef option… it’s great to have products without hidden chicken!

USI ordered a box on expedited 2 day… I ordered a box on expedited 2 day shipping because my pup was eating more and was almost out of his Sundays food. I was only emailed 5 days later apologizing about the delay and was told on March 27th that it was sent out for over night shipping. Here we are on March 29th and my pup is still without his normal day to day Sundays food. For me it’s not ideal to feed my dog a rice and chicken diet to sub not having his food. I’m beyond furious because this company is messing with the nutrition of my pup. I’m really considering researching another air dry food for my pup. He’s the most important thing in the world to us which is why we feed him such expensive nutrition. He comes first, but apparently to Sundays his nutrition is not being valued. Do better Sundays for dogs. So better. I don’t care about a discount or a free small dinky bag of food. I care that my puppy is getting his proper nutrition.

USFrustrating customer service I had several shipments with this company that went well until recently. I placed an order, which they could not fulfill because of supply issues, and instead of canceling the order like I requested, they just kept giving me the run-around. So, at this point I am out over $200 with no confirmed timeline for shipment, and nothing to feed my dog. They could have just canceled the order and refunded my money, and I would have placed another order in the future. However, after being disregarded by their customer service, I'm done.
