USFalse advertising I received a marketing email as an active subscriber to their dog food for 30% off. When I tried to redeem it, the customer service rep said it was for first-time orders only. Makes no sense for me to receive that email given that I'm an active subscriber. I checked the fine print in the email and the website, and nowhere does it mention that existing customers cannot use it. I provided adequate proof and expressed my frustration courteously, and was dismissed saying that they would not honor it but I could refer friends and family to them to get a discount. Why would I do that if my experience has been subpar and this business operates with false advertising?

NLMakes weird automated comparisons with… Makes weird automated comparisons with other brands trying blackening them. I don't know about sundaysfordogs products, but based on all this automation I'm sure they are utter S. 1 star review well deserved.

USTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My dog liked the food, but it did not arrive on time, so I had to buy other food (not great for a dog with a sensitive stomach). I emailed the company at the email they provided and RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. The very next shipment was late and, again, I emailed them and for a second time, I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I dropped them immediately. AWFUL (NON EXISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointing.

USTootsie gives Sunday’s a 👎 Tootsie isn’t impressed with this food which is not very palatable. The sample came to us with half being almost a powder. Wasn’t worth the $5.95 shipping charge. I did some further reading on the product and it isn’t for us. Low quality oil & pesticide laden oats and millet. Will continue to search for a better quality food.

USBetty loved it My dog loved the food tbh. Also I love how we get free samples. Worth it if you can afford it
