CHPurr-fect customer service 😻 Sadly it took quite long until I received my order because of an issue with the delivery partner. But let’s get to the good part of the story: The customer service was lovely, Juliet did everything to solve the problem in a very customer friendly way! This made my experience with Kittenfy almost purr-fect and I‘m very happy with my personalised mugs, they are so cute. 😻

GBTotal lack of transparency I live in Belgium and ordered a mug from here. The mug itself was as expected and great but turns out the item was shipped from the UK which was not at all clear on the website nor was it mentioned when I entered the delivery address. I had to pay almost 50% more as custom fees. On top of this, they kept sending emails to leave a review and when I mentioned this issue and wrote a 3 star review, they didn’t even publish it. It’s not very surprising then that all they have are 5 star reviews on their website. Find this very dishonest and bad service

GBA Purrrrfect Experience I had an exceptional experience with this company. To begin, the product is adorable. That almost goes without saying. I have four cats (a totally normal number if you ask me) and obviously each *needed* their own ornaments this year. Each ornament was both personalized by name and by likeness— something I found really hard to find elsewhere. They’re adorable, quality, and free from errors. But honestly that isn’t even what compelled me to write this review. I had tons of packages coming to my house this holiday season and in the shuffle, I wasn’t sure if I had received (or even completed my order) in the first place. So in my frantic rush to feline festiveness, I write a haphazard email. With no order number and the wrong email address, their customer support team STILL tracked down my order and got back to me promptly. It can be so sketchy buying things online these days and having a pleasant outcome absolutely tickled me. So if you’re in the market for purrrfect gifts- you’ve found the right spot!

GBMug arrived broken, no answer from email Ordered a personalised mug for my boyfriend for his birthday with our cats. Paid £24 which for a mug is expensive and afterwards found much cheaper on the likes of Etsy. Delivery time wasn’t an issue it’s just when it arrived I could hear it was smashed before even opening it. Once opened I saw the mug shattered as they’d put not bubble wrap or paper in and just chucked it in the cardboard box. Contacted them on email, no reply, used the online complaint box, no reply, contacted them on instagram, replied asked to send a photo of the design on the mug, sent and no reply now after two weeks. My boyfriends birthday has passed now so I just want a refund so I’ve not completely lost £25. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company
