If it doesn’t arrive on time why charge for express delivery I live in Belgium and ordered two personalised t-shirts on 2nd of May. As I needed to receive them by 16th, I paid 3.99 for the express delivery (3-7days) to play it safe. However the items did not arrive after 7 days. Or even after 14days. I have informed Customer service and their answer was that something was not correct with the address which was not true at all. And no compensation for the 3.99 I have paid for nothing. I needed the t-shirts to take with me to my sister in law and my niece who live in another country. It didn’t arrive so I had to prep another gift in the last minute. They are just laying in my house at the moment. It’s sad that they don’t take things like this seriously. Quality of the y-shirts and the print etc. are ok.

Ordered a mug for Christmas Ordered a mug for Christmas. 2 times the shipping went wrong. But the customer service was amazing! They asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted it to be shipped again. The second time I suggested shipping through another company since that was where the problem was. Third time's a charm! It got delivered and it's such a cute coffee mug. The quality is good. I can definitely recommend this, as long as they are with a different courier!

Overpriced, cheap quality, arrived stained Overpriced, cheap quality, bad customer service. You can get the same thing on Etsy for 1/3 the price with better service. The T-shirt arrived stained, poorly printed and on paper-thin fabric. Sent photos of all three of these problems to customer service requesting refund, and they keep asking for more photos instead. Classic stall technique, exhaust the customer til they give up. There are lots of better places; Go elsewhere is my advice.

Don't expect it on time Provide delivery projections that are far from reality. I paid extra for "express" delivery, and it is arriving 2 weeks after I ordered and almost 10 days after it was expected. For a dinky mug, that is unacceptable.
