BEIf it doesn’t arrive on time why charge for express delivery I live in Belgium and ordered two personalised t-shirts on 2nd of May. As I needed to receive them by 16th, I paid 3.99 for the express delivery (3-7days) to play it safe. However the items did not arrive after 7 days. Or even after 14days. I have informed Customer service and their answer was that something was not correct with the address which was not true at all. And no compensation for the 3.99 I have paid for nothing. I needed the t-shirts to take with me to my sister in law and my niece who live in another country. It didn’t arrive so I had to prep another gift in the last minute. They are just laying in my house at the moment. It’s sad that they don’t take things like this seriously. Quality of the y-shirts and the print etc. are ok.

GBDon't expect it on time Provide delivery projections that are far from reality. I paid extra for "express" delivery, and it is arriving 2 weeks after I ordered and almost 10 days after it was expected. For a dinky mug, that is unacceptable.

GBA Purrrrfect Experience I had an exceptional experience with this company. To begin, the product is adorable. That almost goes without saying. I have four cats (a totally normal number if you ask me) and obviously each *needed* their own ornaments this year. Each ornament was both personalized by name and by likeness— something I found really hard to find elsewhere. They’re adorable, quality, and free from errors. But honestly that isn’t even what compelled me to write this review. I had tons of packages coming to my house this holiday season and in the shuffle, I wasn’t sure if I had received (or even completed my order) in the first place. So in my frantic rush to feline festiveness, I write a haphazard email. With no order number and the wrong email address, their customer support team STILL tracked down my order and got back to me promptly. It can be so sketchy buying things online these days and having a pleasant outcome absolutely tickled me. So if you’re in the market for purrrfect gifts- you’ve found the right spot!

GBDo not buy from this company Do not buy from this company! I spent over $50 only to receive 2 t-shirts that are made of poor quality material. I would be embarrassed to give these to my daughters. Also these shirts are MENS sizes! I ordered a large and it is enormous! Of course they don’t have a customer service number so I emailed and they basically said no refunds. I can’t understand who these people are giving five star reviews.
