BEIf it doesn’t arrive on time why charge for express delivery I live in Belgium and ordered two personalised t-shirts on 2nd of May. As I needed to receive them by 16th, I paid 3.99 for the express delivery (3-7days) to play it safe. However the items did not arrive after 7 days. Or even after 14days. I have informed Customer service and their answer was that something was not correct with the address which was not true at all. And no compensation for the 3.99 I have paid for nothing. I needed the t-shirts to take with me to my sister in law and my niece who live in another country. It didn’t arrive so I had to prep another gift in the last minute. They are just laying in my house at the moment. It’s sad that they don’t take things like this seriously. Quality of the y-shirts and the print etc. are ok.

GBGood customer service I was worried the website was a scam but it is not. I ordered two items: a mug and a scratching post. The mug arrived but the scratching post was lost in transit. I contacted customer service by email and they sent me a refund for the item quickly (within one week). I was very pleased with the mug and the customer service provided regarding the lost item.

GBLovely product and great customer service Ordered t-shirt , personalised design is very cute and just as I’d hoped. The quality of material and manufacturing is good, and sizing of a large seems perfect for the female recipient who is a uk size 10 but wanted something loose and baggy for night wear. Delivery was oh so slow, however communication via email answered by the next day and were polite and pleasant . . They looked into the issue , contacted carriers , acknowledged the item was lost in the postal system , and immediately sent out a replacement item . So all in all pretty good. Would love it if there was option of mixed pet type t-shirts .

GBOverpriced, cheap quality, arrived stained Overpriced, cheap quality, bad customer service. You can get the same thing on Etsy for 1/3 the price with better service. The T-shirt arrived stained, poorly printed and on paper-thin fabric. Sent photos of all three of these problems to customer service requesting refund, and they keep asking for more photos instead. Classic stall technique, exhaust the customer til they give up. There are lots of better places; Go elsewhere is my advice.

GBMug arrived broken, no answer from email Ordered a personalised mug for my boyfriend for his birthday with our cats. Paid £24 which for a mug is expensive and afterwards found much cheaper on the likes of Etsy. Delivery time wasn’t an issue it’s just when it arrived I could hear it was smashed before even opening it. Once opened I saw the mug shattered as they’d put not bubble wrap or paper in and just chucked it in the cardboard box. Contacted them on email, no reply, used the online complaint box, no reply, contacted them on instagram, replied asked to send a photo of the design on the mug, sent and no reply now after two weeks. My boyfriends birthday has passed now so I just want a refund so I’ve not completely lost £25. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company
