Highly Recommend Ingrid for DR work! I reached out to Ingrid when I was 4 years postpartum and I do not regret it! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I don't really "like" exercising, but she coached me very well to meet my own goals. I learned a lot in our sessions! I would highly recommend Ingrid for any kind of postpartum exercising program to deal diastasis recti. Ingrid is the best!

I cannot recommend Ingrid enough I cannot recommend Ingrid enough! When I first started working with her, I was feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure about my pregnancy, as it was my first. However, after just a few sessions, I could already feel a significant difference in my physical and mental health. Ingrid specializes in women's health, prenatal and postpartum care, and it is clear that she is an expert in her field. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of information that I wasn't aware of before. I appreciated how she took the time to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel embarrassed, even when I had a lot of questions. One of the things I loved most about working with her was how she helped me feel more aware of my body. Before, I wasn't really paying attention to my pelvic floor or breathing, but she gave me exercises and tips that helped me become more in-tune with these areas. I felt stronger and more confident as a result. Overall, working with Ingrid was a game-changer for me. I felt more stable, confident, and secure as I prepared for my first labor. She helped me develop a deeper mind-body connection, and for that, I am grateful. I highly recommend Ingrid to other women who want to feel their best during pregnancy and beyond. Five stars all around!

I couldn’t be happier that I called Ingrid I couldn’t be happier that I finally contacted Ingrid four years after my youngest was born to fix my abdominal separation from pregnancy. I have loved my experience working with Ingrid and she definitely showed me that it’s never too late to take care of yourself and get into better shape. She took the time to understand my needs and my goals and comes to every session with a plan just for me. She is quick to adjust exercises mid-course if needed to balance a challenge with preventing further injury. With her experience and support I started to see results and, more importantly, feel stronger, pretty quickly. I’d recommend her to any mom, new or otherwise!

Ingrid is phenomenal! Ingrid is insightful, passionate, and kind. She empowered us with personalized tips to impart the life skills of self-regulation and high quality sleep to our first child. She was extremely responsive to communication & made our meetings interactive & proactive. Each time we talked, I learned new ways to help our daughter that I could employ immediately. We definitely plan to use her for our second child due next month.

Ingrid saved our lives Ingrid saved our lives! Traditional cry it out sleep training methods weren’t for us. Out 10 month old was waking crying hard 1-3 times a night usually to nurse for several minutes. When we ignored him, the crying got louder and harder and nothing seemed to work. Ingrid helped us create a bedtime ritual to help our son learn how to fall asleep on his own then presented some options for gentle sleep coaching. She was there every morning to debrief what happened over night and to ask questions. After 2 nights of sleep coaching; he got it and has slept all night since then. We got our sanity back with mostly uninterrupted sleep. We’re so grateful to Ingrid for her expertise, advice and hand holding. I highly recommend her to all of my friends!
