There were so many ideas to use and able to listen to experienced people in the business to inspire us to move on with tried practices. Also having the backup for taxes and programs for tracking expenses. Learning how to avoid problems and to work with specialized people to make us successful. Couldn't ask for a better program. SCAM SCAM - Run as fast as you can. The FTC began a lawsuit against them in November 2019 because they are scamming people out of their life savings - Google it. They teach you how to wholesale and that is about it. You can learn everything you need to know from your local Real Estate Investment Association. Every state has one. Look it up online. Join your local wholesaling and real estate investing groups on Facebook to learn more about wholesaling. RESPONSE will have you filing for bankruptcy if you are not careful! I'm in over $40k and it will take me years to get this paid off. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! I'd like to do a class action suit against them!

Response Rocks! I found the Deal Lab Training my husband & I attended last week (Aug 22-25, 2018) to be extremely valuable to the real estate investment company we’re trying to build. Just to be clear, this is NOT a “get rich quick” idea. This is just solid training delivered by experienced professionals already doing successfully what we hope to achieve in our home state. Definitely check them out!

I learned a lot about protecting your… I learned a lot about protecting your assets, and the math for ARV really turned the light bulb on. The deal lab was nice. But then Veil, and Tax Sentinel showed since they are sister companies to Response. They start selling their products and services and then I was officially ready to leave.

Don’t do it... Terrible customer service I paid for the online program($4,000.00). We attended 1 session, and decided the training program wasn’t very good. I asked for a refund and they gave us back 1,750.00. So essentially I made a $2,250.00 mistake by taking an introductory real estate course that I wasn’t satisfied with.
