Response Rocks! I found the Deal Lab Training my husband & I attended last week (Aug 22-25, 2018) to be extremely valuable to the real estate investment company we’re trying to build. Just to be clear, this is NOT a “get rich quick” idea. This is just solid training delivered by experienced professionals already doing successfully what we hope to achieve in our home state. SCAM SCAM - Run as fast as you can. The FTC began a lawsuit against them in November 2019 because they are scamming people out of their life savings - Google it. They teach you how to wholesale and that is about it. You can learn everything you need to know from your local Real Estate Investment Association. Every state has one. Look it up online. Join your local wholesaling and real estate investing groups on Facebook to learn more about wholesaling. RESPONSE will have you filing for bankruptcy if you are not careful! I'm in over $40k and it will take me years to get this paid off. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! I'd like to do a class action suit against them!

SUPER 45K SCAM!!! Where do I start? $45,000 in debt and I've never even received a phone call back when I needed it the most. My $11,000 mentor left halfway though my journey to pursue better things and no one in my group has had any success. The worst part is when you don't have 30k for the course, they open multiple credit cards for you and max them out telling you you'll make it back in a couple of months of sales. Yeah, maybe if you're a veteran in the business. I was over 30k in credit card debt, and covid was the only thing that saved me. Otherwise, I would have been in bankruptcy. There are so many other avenues to learn wholesaling, but this company is not one of them. 100% scam, stay as far away as possible!

Up sell, up sell and more up selling They have the best sells people in the world and they will convince you that you must do this and that cannot lose. They told us the success rate was 93% and that you could not fail. 7 months later and as far as I can tell, noone in our group has made any deals. They are selling you a needle in a haystack. The software they promise has a lot of holes, customer service wont help, the funding is a scam and everything they offer is an up sell of thousands of dollars. "When you to to Utah, you will have the chance to meet with an attorney and set you your asset protection, your LLC etc". What they don't tell you is that once you get to Utah, they give you another sells pitch where they scare you to death and then they show you your package options of another 10k. They are taking advantage of people and they are currently being investigated by the FTC.

Total scam Total scam. Very disappointed. Although Scott Disick and Josh Altman were there, they didn't endorse the company. I was really disappointed that they would be there, knowing this is a scam. One speaker totally made the room feel like a piece of crap. Some people cant afford to do these things, then you rip them off? NOT COOL. I am going to blast this everywhere.
