Top Notch Training! Response has give us the knowledge and confidence to be able to do deals without being afraid. We were, of course, a little nervous when we entered our first transaction, but by following the program we knew we had all the resources at hand to ensure we had done the math and had made the correct offer. We did a fix and flip and had our first offer the first day after placing it on the market! Without having gone through all the top notch training we would never have known about all the resources available to make it happen.

Josh Altmann Real Estate seminar My husband and I attended the Josh Altmann Real Estate class in 2019 in Phoenix, Az. It was with the Target redemption program 20.00 with a 20. purchase and send in receipt to them. I did just that and they sent back the 20. for a few months. The last months which add up to 100. they have never sent and I sent in all the receipts and I have copies of them. I have contacted them numerous times by phone and email and it has been ignored. I am not happy with this situation and I feel he/them should live up to their promise and the mailing that was sent out to go to seminar. My husband and I have several properties and wanted to see if we could learn something new. That was the reason we attended, and the Target redemption sweeten the deal. Thank you Doris Ramos

Great unexpected huge amount of…THANK YOU!! Great unexpected huge amount of education!!! It gave us a tremendous amount of information to use towards our new Real Estate venture. There were so many ideas to use and able to listen to experienced people in the business to inspire us to move on with tried practices. Also having the backup for taxes and programs for tracking expenses. Learning how to avoid problems and to work with specialized people to make us successful. Couldn't ask for a better program. Scam!! So once they get you in the door they sell you a 1000 training class. It's ok but during that course they sell you a very expense course that is fool proof. Then when you tell them you can't afford that, they con you into applying for credit cards to pay for it because they will be paid off before the first payment is due. So you go into credit card debt that you can't afford and u take the course that is mostly tricks and ways to navigate the investment world but don't mention that what they teach is pointless and won't work in an over saturated area. So you spend the better part of a year trying non stop to apply what u have learned only to realize it don't work and now your very in debt with nothing to show for it. Stay away and keep your money

Don’t do it... Terrible customer service I paid for the online program($4,000.00). We attended 1 session, and decided the training program wasn’t very good. I asked for a refund and they gave us back 1,750.00. So essentially I made a $2,250.00 mistake by taking an introductory real estate course that I wasn’t satisfied with.
