GBResponse Rocks! I found the Deal Lab Training my husband & I attended last week (Aug 22-25, 2018) to be extremely valuable to the real estate investment company we’re trying to build. Just to be clear, this is NOT a “get rich quick” idea. This is just solid training delivered by experienced professionals already doing successfully what we hope to achieve in our home state. Definitely check them out!

GBScam!! So once they get you in the door they sell you a 1000 training class. It's ok but during that course they sell you a very expense course that is fool proof. Then when you tell them you can't afford that, they con you into applying for credit cards to pay for it because they will be paid off before the first payment is due. So you go into credit card debt that you can't afford and u take the course that is mostly tricks and ways to navigate the investment world but don't mention that what they teach is pointless and won't work in an over saturated area. So you spend the better part of a year trying non stop to apply what u have learned only to realize it don't work and now your very in debt with nothing to show for it. Stay away and keep your money

GBThis company is a scam and they just want more of your money This company is a scam and i am requesting my refund for $997.I attended the workshop this weekedn of 4th to 5th May. everything they promised at the initial event was not delivered.they offered to give us enough information to go out there and do deals.they said they will givve information about TAX LIENS,which the instructor didnt say nothing about it.they even offered to give access to a website that shows the tax liens but non of that was offered.they lied to u to fill out a form about GAP funding only to find out later they jut wanted to know how much money we have so they can tell us to pay more for the extra resources and mentorship.it was funny that the cost of the mentorship was equal the exact amount i had written on the sheet of paper.secondly they promised access to deal desk which was supposed to calculate for you about the property and ti show if the deal is worth it.deal desk doent show non of that.it just pulls out random details that doesn't show the value of the property or if the deal is good or not.they promise one thing just to entice people but dont deliver none of that.

GBFor someone like me For someone like me, with very little real estate experience, I still feel a little lost. I seem to need more structure when learning. Example: Step 1, step2, etc. Please don’t get me wrong, all of the information presented was very informative. I believe, my lack of RE knowledge, and my learning style, contribute to my confusion. I have been unable to access FSBO. I have emailed response.com, I will try again. Matt Walton is an excellent presenter! Matt, thank you for your help!

GBThere is a lot wrong at United… There is a lot wrong at United Response, for many years the experience was positive until management changed. Bullying is rude, poor practice, nepotism and targeting whistleblowers. Incompetence and poor practice are routinely covered up and to call them a disability "charity" is ironic
